We were allowed to spend a weekend in one of your apartments, and the reception by your employee was very warm. The "gadget" you receive is really great. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, so nothing is missing. Since we were only there for a weekend, we did not explore everything.

We were dissatisfied with: 1. the location on the heavily trafficked Kastanienalle, 2. the handling of the key handover (only after payment of the tourist tax and only in cash).

The apartment is very nicely furnished and well equipped. Grocery stores are within walking distance, and the beach is as described, 250 m away. Great beach! It was not the last time in the apartment. Top!

The holiday apartment, which is located in a quiet holiday area, is very nice and really clean. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and the Baltic Sea can also be reached in a few minutes. We would love to come back.

We booked an apartment through Nordic for the 2nd time and will definitely book here again if the offer is right ;-). Beautiful apartment and nothing was missing. The weather also played along, so everything was perfect! Boltenhagen is always worth a trip!

We really enjoyed it. The furnishings were to our satisfaction. Kitchen utensils were sufficiently available. A cozy TV evening could also be very well spent on the comfortable couch. In general, the region is important to me when on vacation. Especially for a short trip. As a holiday apartment, Apartment 2 in the Malaga House fully serves its purpose.

We had apartment 2 in the Malaga house and were generally very satisfied with our accommodation, location, and amenities. A small tip for the landlords: A filled soap dispenser in the bathroom or a shower gel dispenser doesn't cost much, but would certainly receive very positive feedback from holiday guests. Because it often happens that one forgets these little things. We also missed a very simple filter coffee maker. I found the charge of €2 for laundry too expensive. Should be included in the price, in my opinion. The vacuuming before departure should actually also be included in the final cleaning flat rate. The apartment was tidy, clean, and also well-equipped. Unfortunately, it is very noisy. If your sleep is not very deep, this could be disruptive. Dogs are allowed in the building, but not in every apartment.

The apartment is very spaciously laid out, with plenty of room for three children. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The shed with various play equipment is also great. We felt very comfortable.

Bright and well-cut apartment, good location to the beach and bakery/Aldi. Unfortunately, one bathroom/WC for 6 people is too little. Ikea furnishings are okay, everything was clean and well-maintained. A playground and similar facilities for children are lacking nearby; parents have to accompany "older children." Promenade shopping and life are easily accessible on the other side of Boltenhagen.

We were very positively surprised by the good amenities of the holiday apartment. Personally, I only missed a larger sun umbrella on the balcony. Everything else was there and generally very clean. Would love to come back.

It was a great vacation. The location and the furnishings of the apartment leave nothing to be desired. 200 meters to the beach and parking right in front of the door. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a balcony, and a shed. We felt right at home. The kitchen amenities leave nothing to be desired. A washing machine and dryer are also available for a fee in the apartment. We will definitely come back!
