Very well-equipped apartment, generously designed. Very clean and centrally located, beach and center with shopping and dining options within a ten-minute walk. Excellent advice and quick offer proposals from the Nordic office in advance, considering all inquiry criteria (pet-free/allergy-friendly). Also, very friendly and competent staff in the office during check-in and check-out. Only point of criticism: The beds as well as the sofa bed in the living room are already a bit "worn out," but this was bearable during our rather short stay. We would rent this apartment again.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I entered the apartment. The furnishings and equipment have function and chic and have been selected with a lot of love for detail. One does not feel cramped, but rather experiences a generous feel-good effect. I had a very good recovery in this holiday apartment with the beautiful terrace. My children, who brought and picked me up, were also completely thrilled. I can highly recommend a vacation in this apartment and this quiet environment.

We were in Boltenhagen for the first time. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, clean, modern, quiet, close to the beach, beautiful meadow with flowers and old pines. Clean beach, well-maintained place, good gastronomy, and many opportunities for strolling, walking, and browsing in the two promenades. We will definitely come back.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. It is very well equipped, bright, and clean. The only thing is that the bathroom could be more modern, but that did not detract from our vacation. Also, the lamp over the dining table in the living room could hang higher so that one can look into the eyes of the person across from them. Furthermore, it should be stated somewhere that dish towels are part of the linen package. We did not book a package and brought our own bed linen and towels. Dish towels were then none available, we assumed that such were present. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about. We were satisfied and would recommend the apartment at any time.

Only the lighting conditions in the hallway, which also houses the kitchenette, are not good. The two possible ceiling lamps are very dim. A bit more light in this area would be really helpful.

We were allowed to relax for five days in the holiday apartment 11/04. The check-in was very quick, and the staff from Nordic were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautifully furnished, everything new and with a lot of attention to detail. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking and even baking. The cleanliness of the apartment and the entire holiday complex was absolutely impeccable and commendable. The apartment is very beautiful and lovingly furnished! The kitchen had everything that was needed! The layout of the rooms and sleeping arrangements was perfect for us! The terrace with the associated garden area has a pleasant size and is perfect for children! The playground is also nearby! The path to the beach felt shorter than expected! If you have noisy upstairs neighbors or neighbors, it can of course be disturbing! All in all, we had a perfect vacation!

A very nice and lovingly furnished apartment. Nothing was missing. The beds were comfortable, and even on the sofa bed, one could sleep well. I would only suggest installing blackout curtains in the rooms, as the streetlights shine in and it stays light for a long time in summer and gets light early. The terrace door has a screen door, but unfortunately, the windows do not. However, these are things that did not harm our vacation.

As small as the apartment may seem - it has everything one needs, and above all, very good mattresses on the beds. Only the parking spaces that belong to each apartment no longer meet today's requirements. Several larger cars side by side and someone in between who can't park particularly well, and already at least one parking space is missing. The last one to arrive is out of luck.

As points of criticism, the poor condition of the paths in the holiday village (potholes, especially right in front of their office), the removed coffee machine in the broom closet, and the sticking bathroom door should be mentioned.
