The apartment is exactly as described, very spacious and clean. The only drawback we could find was that the trash bins were constantly overflowing. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay.

The apartment is modernly furnished. The kitchen equipment is good. One thing I would like to mention, unfortunately, we did not find a user manual for the dishwasher in German. It would be advisable if the user manuals in German for all kitchen appliances were readily available. Bedroom and bathroom optimal. The information folder that is available in the apartment is very informative. The location in the middle of the town is perfect, beach and promenade are very quickly accessible. The gastronomic offerings in the town are very diverse. The parking space in the underground garage is easy to park in, and I also find the bicycle cellar optimal. Overall, vacation apartment No. 22 is highly recommended.

We will most likely take this apartment again. A few small things, such as: the light in the hallway (only turns on when it hasn't been needed for a long time) and the water pressure in the shower, should be fixed. The wellness area is really great! Clean, well-maintained, and nicely designed. The only downside is that you have to go through the underground garage first. Otherwise, everything is super.

There is really nothing to improve. As a note: The towel heater in the bathroom, the grid did not get warm despite all attempts. For the swimming pool and sauna area, I would recommend a notice with the usual swimming rules: e.g.: Please shower before using the swimming pool, Swimwear and shoes are not customary in the sauna, A towel should be placed under the entire body in the sauna, After the sauna session, one should shower before entering the swimming pool. Unfortunately, I have experienced the opposite several times.

The holiday apartment is very conveniently located: short distances to the beach, the pier, shopping options, and various restaurants. The kitchenette is very well equipped. The large window front makes the apartment pleasantly bright. At the end of March, the car traffic was still low, so it did not disturb us. Additionally, the windows are relatively soundproof. We found it very pleasant that the apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. We were also able to lock our bicycles in the bike cellar. The sauna area and the pool are very well done; I used them repeatedly. We would love to come back.

We were satisfied with the furnishings of the apartment and the location. Unfortunately, the lighting in the kitchenette was defective. It took a few days, but then an electrician fixed the issue. We really liked the swimming pool and sauna. We will come back!

We liked the furnishings and decor of the clean, spacious apartment. Also the wellness area. From the balcony, we could hear the waves. Great! The pillows and mattresses could be better. The location was top, everything within walking distance. We would book this apartment again and recommend it to friends. The stairwell could be cleaner. (But that has nothing to do with the apartment).

The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. We (2 adults + 2 children) had plenty of space. The location is great, just across the street and you are at the beach, various restaurants and shopping options around the corner. We were a bit concerned about the noise since the apartment faced the front, but it was very quiet. The pool + sauna/steam bath especially pleased our daughter. The underground parking space was right next to the entrance to our apartment building, and the bike cellar was large enough to accommodate our 2-seater stroller. I found the beds a bit uncomfortable, the bathroom too sparsely furnished, but the kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, the water didn't get properly hot, and the internet was very, very slow. Something should be done about that. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Very good location, the parking spaces in the underground garage are easily accessible. The bathroom has very well-functioning ventilation, the shower is a decent size. Unfortunately, there is no direct shelf by the mirror and no basket for shower gel or shampoo (everything has to stay on the floor). There is a shelf on the other side, but that does not solve the problem of storage. The television is large enough - unfortunately, only a standard universal remote control is available - it does not have "number keys," so you have to use the "plus/minus" button to search for the corresponding channels - from 1 to over 200. This is not fun and, in my opinion, is a major downside (actually a dealbreaker). The refrigerator lacks a shelf in the door for drinks, milk, etc. - you have to just lay them down, which is not always possible. The worst part - you have to put the bed linens on yourself. They are in a large bag, folded together. When leaving, you do it the other way around. This is an imposition and significantly reduces the "value" of the apartment. During the key handover, everything goes perfectly, you receive a "starter package" - garbage bags, tabs, washcloths, etc. - very good idea.

The refrigerator makes loud noises when it starts. This is especially annoying at night. The plastic covers of the mattresses make annoying noises when turning. We have already had several holiday apartments in "Seestern." The quality of the mattresses was usually not very good. I would like to positively note: Apartment 22 was very clean and well-maintained. A very nice and large balcony.
