It is a very nice holiday apartment and a large balcony with some sea view. We will definitely come back.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with good technical devices. One felt comfortable. Since the weather was great, we could even have breakfast on the balcony with a sea view. I would improve the free provision of bed linen and towels for the bathroom and kitchen. Nowadays, no one takes these items on trips anymore. Towels should also be changed at least once during a week-long stay (similar to a hotel). In return, the rent should be increased. That would certainly not bother anyone, as we also had to pay for the additional services (towels, bed linen). This way, it's included in the price, and you don't have to worry about it. Overall, the apartment and facility are highly recommended.

The apartment is very nice, especially the location. A few small improvement wishes: 1. A bicycle would be practical, e.g., for shopping 2. A long shoehorn would be good 3. The toilet is very low. 4. Generally, an elevator would be desirable.

The facility was already known to us from previous visits to Boltenhagen. This apartment was again top modern furnished and clean. The apartment has no sea view according to the description, but still, you can wonderfully look at the sea from the terrace. We had a perfect sunny Easter holiday. Service from Nordic as always top. We look forward to summer when we will be back. Then we will be in the Papillion facility, which I can also recommend from several visits. Boltenhagen we now consider as 2 homes.

A very nice vacation in a very nice apartment. We only found the coin-operated washing machine too expensive, and the rental fee for bed linen and towels would be charged separately. Altogether quite expensive - compared to other holiday areas. But only minimal restrictions. Overall: really nice!

Certainly, there could be a few more utensils on site to make the stay even better regarding the kitchen. A high chair or crib should be included or cheaper with the daily price of the apartment. Now we want to visit the apartment once in the summer to be able to use the balcony as well. After our third stay here, we are overall satisfied again.

We were a small family (2 adults and a 7-year-old girl) in Boltenhagen for the first time. Of course, a summer vacation depends on the weather. We were lucky and had about 7 days of beach weather. The apartment is very well equipped and fully met our expectations. The location is nice and somewhat outside the town center, but still everything is reachable on foot if necessary. As a small suggestion for improvement, Suggestion for the apartment, a nice slightly larger clock on the wall in the dining area will definitely look good. We searched for the apartment for a long time. The address was Dünenweg 17. We had this address nowhere but always only House 1 Apartment 9. But the caretaker helped us very kindly. In the laundry room, we missed a notice that laundry coins are necessary and can be obtained in the office. The staff in the office were very friendly and helped. However, we would always book through your agency again. And the apartment was also well-maintained.

A very beautiful apartment furnished with love for detail, which we really liked. We felt very comfortable in this apartment. Everything was color-coordinated, clean, great beds, a beautiful bathroom. Yes, and the pictures in both the living room and the bedroom thrilled us; they were beautiful and gave the rooms a special touch. Only the toilet was really a bit low; in ten years, I would probably have trouble getting up. But for now, everything is fine, and in bad weather, you can endure this apartment well and feel comfortable because there is really nothing missing. We would gladly come back.

The location of the apartment is very good. 50 meters from the beach. The apartment is well furnished and equipped, and it was also handed over to us clean. We had very nice days again. The apartment was clean as always. Since we were not there for the first time, we immediately noticed that there were a few changes, such as wallpaper in the dining area. It is always taken care of by Nordic that the guests feel comfortable and that everything is tidy. The reception was also very friendly again. The children (teenagers) love to go to the beach by themselves, which really is just crossing one street. So everything is perfect and we will come back again next year.

It was our first vacation in Boltenhagen with 2 children. Overall, the apartment was a bit too far from the center for us. Unfortunately, there was no elevator, so the stroller had to be carried upstairs or stored in the car. The beach was nearby, and the apartment was obviously clean, although I'm still not quite sure how one can place a long-pile carpet in a vacation rental. Twice the smoke alarm went off, even though there was nothing happening... Due to the warm weather and absence of external blinds, it was very warm/hot in the apartment, especially in the evening. The table on the balcony was so wobbly that it was not suitable for dining with children. Putting something underneath did not help because the central tube was loose... Otherwise, a nice kitchen, nice bathroom, close to the beach, and friendly service from Nordic.
