The stay at the Seestern residence was very pleasant for us. From receiving the keys and cleaning supplies, paying the tourist tax, to the super-fast replacement of the broken toaster, everything went smoothly. In the end, returning the keys—without waiting in line—it was perfect. Perhaps the following note might be useful to you: On Saturday, June 13th, there were heavy rainfalls in Boltenhagen, and we could see that the gutters were overflowing because they were full of leaves and dirt. It would be a shame for the beautiful house if more damage occurs.

Beautiful apartment for two people. Unfortunately, due to the trees, there is no view of the direction of the Baltic Sea. Furthermore, this direction unfortunately also means that the apartment/balcony gets very little sun. Otherwise, we liked it very much.

We spent our vacation in a very nice holiday apartment and complex. The apartment was very clean and modern. Everything you need is available. The only thing is that the bed was too hard for us, but otherwise everything was great. The swimming pool with sauna was also very nice and clean. Restaurants right on the ground floor are also super convenient. We will definitely come back.

A truly beautiful, tastefully furnished apartment that is well-equipped for household needs, where we spent nine relaxing vacation days - enjoying the indoor pool accessible through the underground garage every morning. . . But beware: The apartments in the Seestern residence are not, as the online description of the property suggests (as of 04/2019), barrier-free accessible! In fact, the elevator from the ground floor is only accessible via several steps, from the underground garage also only via steps, and additionally through two heavy fire doors - and furthermore, it is so small that neither strollers nor (as in our case) active wheelchairs fit in:-(

The apartment was very nice. We felt very well taken care of. Nothing was missing; everything you needed was available. However, we do have one suggestion: whether a transparent tablecloth could be placed on the dining table to protect the wooden table from potential grease stains. It's a shame for the beautiful wooden table. The apartment is very central, and we would recommend it at any time.

Apartment in a not too large complex with all amenities, such as underground parking, indoor pool, or elevator. Apartment 45 is comprehensively and modernly equipped, a bit small but always sufficient for a couple. Thanks to the balcony, the apartment is also usable in the outdoor area and thus larger! We would gladly come back and can only recommend this apartment. Waste disposal is generally cumbersome; there is no coherent disposal after separation into "Green Dot" or glass, and taking waste to central disposal points in the area is only conditionally reasonable for the guest.

It was pure relaxation again, the location and the apartment, very centrally located, clean and cozy rooms. The offer with the swimming pool is of course the highlight of the accommodation. I give a big plus point for the beach promenade with the ramps. A gain for Boltenhagen. This way, even those with walking limitations can see the sea again.

Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi worked extremely rarely, which really bothered us. And the water pressure in the shower was also rather moderate. I wouldn't want to know how it is in summer when fully booked. We did have a lake view since there were no leaves on the trees, but probably not in summer. Otherwise, we were quite satisfied with the location and the furnishings of the apartment. Everything you need was there.

The accommodation is very centrally located and well equipped. We have a suggestion for the future - the kitchen utensils and dishes should be checked more often. For example, we had chipped coffee mugs that were conveniently placed in the back cabinet area. We had no problems with that, as we were only two people. It would also be nice if a short operating manual for the kitchen appliances (dishwasher, microwave) were available. Otherwise, it was a good setup and we felt comfortable. We would book it again and recommend it to our friends.
