The holiday apartment is super furnished, but a small downside is the location of the apartment, unfortunately too close to the main road. The heavy traffic is unfortunately noticeably loud in the apartment with the windows open. Otherwise, everything is tip-top. Cleanliness of the swimming pool and sauna is also good, but especially the proximity to the beach is great. I would recommend the accommodation with these points of criticism, which everyone must decide for themselves. Nevertheless, we had a nice vacation with you. Thank you once again! We always like to come back to Boltenhagen.

Very centrally located and close to the beach well-equipped apartment, friendly swimming pool with great saunas and cozy relaxation area. The underground parking space is more suitable for small cars, as it is located right in the corner. I will definitely book again. The company Nordic does a very good job.

It would be appropriate if a curtain or similar were installed at the window in the bedroom so that one cannot look in from the opposite side. When the blackout curtains are closed, light always has to be turned on.

Although the neighboring apartments were occupied, we noticed nothing regarding noise development in our apartment. The windows facing the street are so well insulated that even large passing trucks are hardly audible. We were pleasantly surprised regarding the cleanliness in this apartment.

The apartment was in a clean and tidy condition, bookable at any time. Window and balcony door functions should be checked, not easy to operate for "women" (partly stiff). Wall clock missing!? Balcony boards could certainly use a coat of paint.

We became aware of this apartment through the internet. Good amenities, central location, parking in the underground garage. We especially liked the free use of the swimming pool, as one is very dependent on the weather at that time of year. We were not disappointed and would want to stay there again anytime. The only thing that bothered us a bit was that one mattress in the double bed was very worn out. Otherwise, everything was great.

The apartment is very central and quiet despite being close to the street. Beach, shopping options, and restaurants are in immediate proximity. It is cozy and tidy. The furnishings are adequate - small items, such as a large knife, could be added. The shower occasionally needs descaling - but still within acceptable limits. Sufficient closet space. Good beds with blankets. The swimming pool and sauna are very pleasant in winter, even though access is through the parking garage. We felt very comfortable. We would come back and also recommend the apartment.

Spacious, well-equipped holiday apartment in the center of Boltenhagen, gastronomy, spa park, shopping facilities, beach promenade nearby. The apartment was super furnished, and we lacked nothing. Parking the car was a small challenge but included in the price.

Location of the apartment in the center, the building also houses some restaurants, just a few meters to the beach. Since the balcony faces the street and there is also a roundabout nearby, traffic noise can be somewhat disturbing. The apartment was well equipped and clean (more dishes could be helpful, as you have to run the dishwasher half-full, for example, the 4 cups are quickly in use). Parking available in the underground garage of the building. The only drawback is the parking space for this apartment, which is directly against the wall. Since the parking spaces for the current cars are very small and there might still be an SUV with a bike trailer parked next to it, there is hardly any opportunity to get into the parking lot alone.

What we had not considered beforehand was the sometimes significant noise from the guests in the gastronomic establishments located on the ground floor. We only came to rest around 3 a.m. at times. The parking spot was already a real challenge, especially since the user of the neighboring parking space was not very strict about following the lines; overall difficult for a van.

The apartment is spacious and well-furnished, the bed has a great mattress. The bathroom is spacious and clean, just like the whole apartment. The sauna and swimming pool area are also large and very clean. Unfortunately, the apartment is located at a roundabout with a lot of traffic. It is quite loud with the window open.
