The parking lot is great if you have a disability. The apartment matches the description, was clean and tidy. The sofa is a bit worn, but you shouldn't have too high expectations in a vacation rental. There are a few worn spots. In the bathroom, a few towel holders near the sink would be nice, but you can also hang the towels across on the towel heater. The beds are very hard. Unfortunately, it is very loud due to the location facing the street.

The house is very central and close to the beach. We liked that very much. The apartment was also clean and cozy. The underground parking space and bike cellar are optimal, however, next time we would choose an apartment in the northeast direction, as it was extremely loud on the street (and sleeping with the window closed is not possible at all).

This apartment is good overall, but the terrace is little or not usable at all; it is simply too loud because it is next to a busy road. You can hear the garbage collection, the noise from delivery trucks, and the racket from partying guests. Also, the cleaning costs are too high and are getting more expensive each time, as we heard from other guests. Otherwise, the location is very nice and not far from the beach.

It leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with everything. Cosily and practically furnished. The only downside is the terrace facing the Ostseeallee. The planting has become so sparse that one can look directly from the Ostseeallee onto the terrace. In winter, it's certainly not a problem, but in summer, it can be bothersome when passersby wish you a good morning.

The holiday apartment Likedeeler 12 has a very good location. Ground floor, facing south, very close to the center and the Baltic Sea. The amenities provided everything we needed for our vacation. The service from Nordic is exemplary, competent, and friendly. THANK YOU for that.

It was a very nice vacation. The apartment was perfect with a dog! The street noise was a bit disturbing. However, we were very disappointed that, although it was not yet beach weather, dogs were not allowed to walk even 10 meters into the other area, even if no one was there. The beach sections for dogs are too few and too small!
