Beautiful child-friendly family village with minor (remediable) shortcomings or deficiencies (blinds or shutters would be great and the necessary kitchen utensils should be replenished). Great location - within walking distance to shopping and close to the beach. Clean beach and nice beach promenade. Well-maintained, clean facility. Direct private parking at the house.

Location is top... not far from the beach. The beach is a clean, gently sloping sandy beach. Great for children. There is a nice playground in the complex. Shopping options are within walking distance. Even open on Sundays. Parking in front of the house available. Apartment mostly clean. Under the sofa and the windows need cleaning again. Otherwise, clean apartment. Equipment is mostly all available. The second bedroom is just a hard sofa bed. Not recommended as a sleeping place for 2 adults. 3. Sleeping option in the living room on a sofa bed. No blinds available.

The accommodation offers everything you need - from a small grill to a washing machine. The lawn right in front of the house gives children the opportunity to play outside within sight of their parents. However, the sleeping arrangements with children are... difficult. The double bed is located upstairs, and the pull-out sofa bed is in the living room. Where do you let the little ones sleep now? We split up (one child with each adult). There is a nice little extra room where a foldable bed could have been excellently accommodated. Never mind. Another drawback: great cabinets, but unfortunately hardly any shelves (one per cabinet). With 4 people, we had real congestion issues with our clothes. But of course, all of that can be solved. The beach, shopping, etc. were short distances. And if one could then teach the gentlemen on site that one should not race through a play street at almost 40 km/h... then everything would be great!
