The holiday apartment is very cozily furnished. The equipment was very good. It was great that we were even allowed to use bicycles. The location was also good, as it was only a 5-minute walk to the beach.

Unfortunately, there are too few holders for the towels in the bathroom (2). The holder for the towel at the sink is loose; a screw is missing. The shower rod is not securely attached; a part falls off when wiping. Otherwise, the apartment was fine. I hope my feedback has been helpful. Regards, H. Wegener

We have been going to Boltenhagen for several years now and have always booked accommodation with Nordic. Everything is hassle-free, and the information for accessing the apartment is also very good. Any problems that arise are always resolved quickly and in a customer-friendly manner. We always like to come back.

We have been going to the holiday apartments in Boltenhagen for many years now, but this year we unfortunately received a ticket from the police because we had to look for a parking space on the edge since the parking spaces are so narrow and we couldn't fit into our parking space at all. In the whole apartment, there were no hooks for drying towels in the kitchen, and in the bathroom, you couldn't hang anything up either. There was no way to wipe the floor as there was only a broom available, and there were also no cushions for the garden chairs; it might be worth considering adding those. Otherwise, we always like to come back.

Cozy small apartment, lovingly furnished. The terrace is surrounded by lots of greenery, providing privacy. Overall, the building is very soundproof. The sofa bed needs to be replaced; an adult cannot sleep on it. We were helped by Nordic with a replacement mattress the next day. Otherwise, we felt comfortable.

The holiday apartment is in a perfect location; it's not far to the beach (less than 5 minutes on foot), and the grocery stores and city center are also very accessible on foot. The amenities are sufficient, and if something is needed, it can be bought (we booked without linens and bought a bath mat due to the slipping hazard and spices for the kitchen). The only thing that was a bit bothersome was the small parking spaces. One must, however, pay attention to the size of the cars present and the parking skills of the guests, which can be easily coordinated among each other. Nordic will certainly take care of the parking situation and adjust the spaces to the current dimensions of the cars. I can only recommend the vacation apartment.

A very nice and fully equipped vacation apartment. Everything needed is there. The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle but not too far from the beach. Those who want peace and quiet are in the right place, and the town can be reached in just a few minutes, as well as some supermarkets.

The apartment is very beautiful and located at the edge of the house, so you can hear a lot of birds chirping from the two large trees next to the terrace. The holiday complex is somewhat noisy. One should rent the upper apartment if they do not want to be woken up in the morning by the guests above.

A small cozy apartment. It was tidy and clean. For grilling, one should bring a small electric grill. All shopping amenities are nearby. However, the sofa bed takes up a lot of space when unfolded. I would book it again.
