The apartment is very well-maintained and modern, or rather, newly furnished. Dishes are sufficiently available; you don't have to run the dishwasher after every meal. Dogs are allowed in the apartment. The apartment was absolutely clean upon moving in, very nice! ! ! ! The location is great, right by the beach access. In summer, it is probably even better rated than in winter. You can reach the village on foot in 10 minutes, and the Edeka is reachable in 2 minutes. Absolutely perfect location! The only negative point: the beds were not made upon arrival, which has never happened to us in a vacation apartment before. A bit annoying after a long drive and unpacking luggage.

The apartment and the location leave nothing to be desired. The parking spaces in the underground garage are very tight and make parking difficult. We would like to give special praise to the service employee who was kind enough to get us a small table. We were completely satisfied.

We were very satisfied with the apartment and can recommend it further. The apartment was very clean. The location is great; you can quickly get to the beach. The furnishings can be described as adequate; the furniture is tidy and well-maintained. What was missing/to improve would be: - A nightstand in the second bedroom. My daughter had to put everything on the floor. We find that very unfortunate. There would be space for it. - The kitchen could have used a bit more comprehensive content (cooking utensils, plastic mixing bowls, etc. - The terrace was not swept and the beach chair was somewhat dirty. Overall a great vacation - we would love to come back.

No passage between wardrobe and bed with open wardrobe doors. Only suitable as a children's room with restrictions. Lounger on the terrace defective. Recommended for 4 adults with restrictions.

We were consistently satisfied. Small things could still be improved, but the next person might see it differently. Thus, for us, only one point stood out slightly negatively, and that was the Wi-Fi access. We only received two accesses for four people, which might have been my fault; I could have asked for four right away. Or asked later, but we didn't want any formal stress during our vacation. That was a bit annoying. But still, we really liked it there.

A bright and modern apartment on the ground floor, in immediate proximity to the beach and only a five-minute walk from the bakery. Fully equipped kitchen. However, in the bathroom, the shower curtain is too short on the left and right sides. The Wi-Fi is quite decent in the hallway, but partially unusable in the living room.

The apartment has an optimal location to the beach. It couldn't be better. The apartment is also very good, however, the bathroom is only equipped with a shower curtain, which always resulted in flooding the bathroom. A shower cabin or at least a suitable curtain would be desirable here. Also, the under-cabinet lights in the kitchen do not work, so it was always a bit dark.

The apartment is simply great. We were there with our dog and there are 2 terrace doors that lead directly outside to the path, a super balcony for smokers, excellent. The location to the beach is unbeatable. Only for the TV with satellite connection you need a diploma... but who wants to watch TV when the beach is so close. We had great days with you in Boltenhagen again. Thank you.

The building in which the apartment is located is in a prime location. In one minute you are at the beach and in 10 minutes in the city. The apartment is well laid out in terms of layout. However, the second bedroom is small. There are also no shelves on the left and right. Insect protection is missing throughout the apartment. Blinds/pleated shades on the windows would be sensible. The apartment is designed for 4 people. In the bathroom, there are only 2 small towel holders; one does not expect a shower curtain anymore. Women like to look in the mirror, unfortunately it is hidden next to the wardrobe and the clothes are hanging in front of it!!! Despite the small shortcomings, we felt comfortable and spent lovely days in Boltenhagen.

Excellent location with direct proximity to the beach, shopping options, etc. Barrier-free and therefore well-suited for physical limitations. Sparse equipment (no salt/pepper/oil, blunt knife), underground parking spaces are very narrow for larger cars. Due to the very smooth floor and the absence of carpets throughout the apartment, it is very slippery for dogs.

Great apartment. Direct access to the beach, Edeka, bakery in immediate proximity. The pier and town center are about 900 meters away. The apartment was very clean, everything needed was available, kitchen well equipped. Wi-Fi works perfectly thanks to the amplifier in the hallway. We liked the furnishings, faux leather couch is great, no knick-knacks or carpets, etc. Easy to keep clean. Very quiet throughout the complex. Sunny terrace with beach chair in east/south position. The path to the beach runs directly in front. A privacy screen would be nice. Just like at the windows, privacy screens and insect screens are missing. We would book the apartment again and again. We felt very comfortable.

The apartment is ideal for a vacation with 2 children and also for those with limited mobility. From the underground garage, an elevator goes to the floors. So having a lot of luggage is not a problem. The beach access 14 is about 70m away and has a beach chair rental. We unanimously highly recommend this apartment, also because the service from the "team" was excellent.

The apartment was ready for check-in at 4 PM. It was clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was only sufficient in the large bedroom. We were missing a blender, mixing bowl, and measuring cup in the kitchen. The location to the beach is great, as is the park.

The reception was friendly and straightforward. The apartment was spotless and is located right by the Baltic Sea. It has two terraces. Restaurants, shops, a bakery, and the supermarket are within walking distance. The amenities are sufficient for four people. Our dog also felt very comfortable. We were there the week before Easter and had an altogether successful stay. We would recommend the apartment at any time and would book it again.

Honestly: Super! Great location (Edeka 200 m away), beach directly behind the dike (100 m away). Apartment very well furnished. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Everything clean and flawless. We will come back on short notice.

The location is perfect in terms of beach access - it couldn't be closer. The 300 m to the supermarket is also perfect for a quick shopping trip on foot and for fresh rolls for breakfast. The furnishings are simple-practical (involving the large Swedish furniture store). Our experiences are limited to 2 days in autumn with nice beach walks.

We have already booked the apartment several times. It impresses with its great location by the beach: you almost fall out the door onto the beach. We consider the furnishings to be average. There is not much attention to detail, the decor is cold, and the technical equipment (TV & Co.) is somewhat outdated. The beds are comfortable, and it's easy to cope. All in all, we enjoyed our vacation and would book the apartment again. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi does not work or is very unreliable, which is a real drawback. Anyone who really depends on it is in the wrong place here.
