The location of the apartment is unbeatable. It was clean and very well furnished. However, the garden furniture is quite basic. The bicycles had a shed and the car had a garage. Shopping options are all within walking distance. Playgrounds for children are nearby. Bicycle paths are very well laid out and every tour is an experience. We will definitely come back.

Due to my wife's disability (MS/wheelchair...), a barrier-free apartment is necessary for us; Niclot4 cannot be classified as completely barrier-free (bathroom a bit tight/no grab bars right + left of the toilet/WC mirror too high---but there is a large mirror on the door) but is still usable; unfortunately, my wife could not sleep in the large bedroom, as the wheelchair did not fit between the bed + wardrobe or window/door... unfortunately. She had to sleep in the separate room :-(. Lighting in the hallway was somewhat poor. The sliding door (bathroom) was extremely difficult to operate -- it was promptly fixed after reporting. The ground-level design of all rooms is very advantageous; for using the terrace, a non-disabled person must of course help to get the wheelchair over the threshold (but there are also makeshift ramps as I could see...). The rather large mosquito problem was seen as "annoying" - quite unhygienic overall; the landlord should provide an effective remedy for the tenants free of charge or go through it with an exterminator. Washing machine/dryer: very good that both are available, even if the dryer (type Gorenje) shows its very low price during use... Beach chair: one was accessible to us tenants, the other was covered/packed - was not a disadvantage for us in September. Location: is of course excellent, directly on the beach promenade! To express the rating in points, I would say: -Location: 5 points -Facilities: 4 points -Comfort: 4 points -Price/Performance: 4 points. Modern, very well-furnished holiday apartment with enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. The location to the beach and shopping facilities is optimal. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The support from Nordic was also very good. A non-functioning socket in the apartment was repaired within a very short time.

The apartment was high quality and well equipped. The bathroom was barrier-free, but the shower hose and head should be replaced for a better overall impression. For us personally, the predominantly white color (walls, floor, furniture) was a bit too cold, but that is certainly a matter of taste. The fantastic location both to the water and to the town is definitely a big plus.

The partial redesign of the apartment - for example, new wall color in the bedroom and the installation of a new bed and sideboard in the second bedroom - has positively impacted the impression and usability of the practical 3-room apartment. The location is/was, as always, optimal. The amenities, including a private beach chair in the garden, are very good; the Wi-Fi connection is very stable. Minor issues, such as a defective halogen light in the kitchen area and a missing part in the refrigerator, were promptly noted and resolved during the apartment change. Conclusion: we were very satisfied again.

The living spaces are generously designed and equipped with two terraces. The furnishings are absolutely perfect from the kitchen to the bedroom. The location on the waterfront promenade is excellent.

The apartment is well-equipped, modern, and friendly. The furniture (living area, large bedroom) and technology are of high quality. We appreciate that very much. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need. The location near the beach is very good. The apartment is only partially recommended for a trip with older children, as the bunk bed is so low that one cannot sit up in it, and there is a lack of storage space for clothing and entertainment (games, books). The room offers only a single small drawer for everything for two children. That could be improved. Overall, we would be happy to come back.

We have been coming to Villa Niklot for many years (since at least 2013) through Nordic and were satisfied this time as well. Some points were still under construction, but for us it was within an acceptable range. The apartment is very well equipped. We felt comfortable and were satisfied.

Unique dream location, perfect for young families. The furnishings include everything one needs and much more. The apartment has sunshine on the terrace, yet it remains pleasantly cool. Very well insulated, we didn't hear anything from neighbors and vice versa, which was great for our early-rising children.

The vacation apartment in Villa Niklot was our starting point for wonderfully beautiful days in Boltenhagen. We will definitely come back and also book through your company again.
