That was our best apartment since we have been vacationing in Boltenhagen (several years). Apart from a few small light spots on the carpet, it had almost no signs of use. Super clean and very well equipped. Very quiet location and hardly any noise from the neighbors. Very good beds and mattresses. We would love to come back!!!!!!

Location, super and furnishings okay. Coffee filter paper holder in the toilet and insect screen missing in one of the windows. Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke upon arrival, although advertised as a non-smoking apartment. Otherwise, would gladly return. Thanks to the Lindner family from Freital.

We had a very nice vacation in an apartment that had everything the description promised. Unfortunately, the mattresses were very soft and the children's room could only be entered upright due to the sloping roof. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable and enjoyed the proximity to the beach (5 minutes on foot). Just like the shopping opportunity right next door.

The apartment has everything you need to live. The appliances were all fully functional. It was nicely furnished and smelled clean and well-maintained. The construction site in the front area of the property did not bother us. If we vacation in Boltenhagen again, we would book with Nordic again. I have two small points, but they are just comments and not criticism. I found the mattresses very hard. I cannot assess whether it is because they are old or just how they are. The water pipe caused a rather loud knocking when another roommate used the faucet in the bathroom. I wish the other roommates had been more considerate. The doors were used without a doorknob. At all times of the day and night.

We were here in March 2019 for 10 days in House Godewind Apartment No. 21. Everything was perfect. Furnishing, great view of nature, and especially the proximity to the center and the beach. Edeka around the corner. We can recommend House Godewind at any time. Maybe in a different season, as it did rain a lot.

The location of the vacation apartment is perfect. Close to the beach, situated quietly, and right next to a supermarket. Super beautiful view from the balcony of the landscape. It takes about 10 minutes to the town center.

That we had to make the beds ourselves, we last did in youth hostels in the 60s. This is inappropriate in this price range.

We found a beautiful, modern, clean apartment in a quiet location. I found the existing washing machine and dryer very practical. However, Wi-Fi would be desirable.

We spent a wonderful week in Boltenhagen, with the apartment contributing greatly to it... Immediately upon entering the apartment, we felt at home and were particularly thrilled by the view of the meadows with the horses. The decor was also very tasteful, the amenities left nothing to be desired, and the beds were very comfortable. We can recommend the apartment 100%!

The apartment is located on the second floor. From the living/dining room and balcony, you look out into greenery. Due to the set-back location, you don't notice the traffic on the main road. In the adjacent block, there is a café selling rolls. To get to the beach and the promenade, you just need to cross the main road and walk about 200 meters.

We spent a wonderful week in Boltenhagen, and the apartment contributed significantly to that... As soon as we entered the apartment, we felt at home and were especially impressed by the view of the meadows with the horses. The decor was also very tasteful, the amenities left nothing to be desired, and the beds were excellent. We can recommend the apartment 100%!

Very good apartment for four people. Small but nice. Everything is there. Great television. Close to the beach. However, not suitable for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. The apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator.

We have been to the apartment several times. We liked it again. Unfortunately, the apartment has aged. The facilities are adequate. The shower was defective, I repaired it. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of fried fish upon our arrival; perhaps it could have been aired out. Nevertheless, we would gladly come back. Kind regards, the Lindner family.

We have stayed in this holiday apartment for the second time, as we feel completely comfortable there. Bright, friendly apartment, quiet location, beach and center very quickly reachable on foot. The highlight of the apartment for us is the view from the living room/kitchen and balcony over the meadows. Simply relaxing!

This holiday apartment particularly pleased us. It is bright, "Nordic," friendly, and furnished with natural wood furniture. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The balcony with a view of the meadows and pastures in the evening sun was a delight. The short walk to the beach is a great plus.
