We really liked the apartment. Only on the upper floor, the bathtub in front of the slant is a bit awkward for adults to shower, and technically it probably can't be done differently. Our overall impression is very good otherwise.

Absolutely perfect apartment, especially for families with children, as the upper floor offers enough additional space for playing. The amenities, including a dishwasher and all other desired comforts, also invite you to cook for yourself. Nothing is missing. The location, just a few meters from the park, restaurants, shopping options, and the beach, is exceptional. Even the adjacent Döner King is recommended. Since we were almost alone in the house, there was absolute silence.

One rarely finds a holiday apartment that is so individually and lovingly furnished. The location is simply breathtaking, with short distances to the beach and shopping. I can only recommend this apartment. We will definitely come back.

We spent our vacation in this apartment for 2 weeks. The first impression was great, clean and tidy, very organized. A small kitchen with plenty of dishes and cutlery is integrated into the large living room. An oven and all the usual kitchen appliances are available. The living room with a small balcony, a pull-out couch, and an extendable table offers space for 4 to 6 people. The apartment is divided over 2 floors. In the upper area, there is a sleeping area with 2 beds, plus a single bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, but only one closet. The upper floor can be used by tall people with slight restrictions, as you might occasionally bump your head here. In the lower part, there is a double bed and an extra large closet. It really offers plenty of space. The bathroom is equipped with 2 sinks and a shower. There are enough towel holders available. There is also a drying rack. However, you need to bring your own clips. There is no air conditioning. The parking space in front of the house can be locked and is only suitable for one vehicle. The apartment is centrally located; a bakery, pharmacy, and restaurants/snack bars are in close proximity. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the beach via the main road. We would book here again at any time. We really liked it.

Apartment in very good condition. Everything needed is there. We had a great autumn week in Boltenhagen. Only the bike room is, in our opinion, actually unusable since you have to carry the bike up and down the stairs. This should be mentioned in the description of the bike room, as well as that the room is located in the next entrance, so it isn’t searched for. Best regards.

We had a wonderful stay in Boltenhagen at the end of April. The key handover from Nordic went smoothly. Despite Easter Monday, the staff at the office were on-site and greeted us very friendly. The apartment is very centrally located, just across the street and you are right at the beach and the bridge. All shops within walking distance (Edeka, Aldi, Markant). You actually don’t need a car. There is a parking lot right in front of the house. Otherwise, the parking situation is very difficult there as it is the main road. Nevertheless, you can't hear anything in the apartment, as the windows face the back into the courtyard. The apartment was completely sufficient for 4 people and a child. Everything you need is there and even more. Very clean. Not suitable for disabled people, as you have to climb stairs. The upper bedroom is very, very small, only two beds fit in, but it's okay for sleeping. Both bathrooms are very large and clean. Above, many sloping roofs, below, not. Nice balcony with seating and a table. There was also a sunshade. The kitchen is fully equipped (including oven, dishwasher). Boltenhagen is not large but beautiful; recommended excursion destinations are the harbor "Weisse Wiek" (2 km away) and the cliff coast (1 km). In Wismar (30 km away), you can eat delicious fresh fish at fair prices ("Restaurant Kutterkaten" at the harbor) and take a look at a nice old town. All in all - great.

The apartment is newly and modernly furnished. On 2 floors, there is a bathroom and a bedroom. In the living area, there is an open kitchen with a large dining table, which we really liked. Villa Augusta is located in close proximity to the center and the beach.

A great apartment with everything you need and especially with enough space. The wardrobe is great. A large rod for jackets and plenty of space for shoes. The arrangement of the TV, soundbar, and charging options for phones, tablets, etc. are small things that we found very pleasant. Showers in the upper bathroom can only be taken while sitting, and the beds in the upper floor are more suitable for children due to the sloping roof. All in all, a great apartment and very quiet despite being located in the center.

centrally located apartment. Unfortunately, it is carpeted. Not necessarily suitable for allergy sufferers with dust mites. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The existing shower has a very high entry, and unfortunately, there was no anti-slip mat available; grab bar and bath mat were also not present. Otherwise, the apartment was quiet. The apartment does have internet, but unfortunately not always reliably. Additionally, one must enter a code for each week. This is, however, handed over during the key transfer.

Behind the house, there is a construction site. The vacation apartment is centrally located, which we really liked. Restaurants in Boltenhagen close at 9:00 PM.
