We felt very comfortable in apartment No. 9. The furnishings are neat, no cheap furniture. There is even a washing machine, which we didn't have to use. The house was pleasantly quiet despite the central location. Unfortunately, the DVD player was missing; the owner apparently removed it without mentioning it in the catalog.

Cozy furnished holiday apartment. The location, just a few meters from the beach, is great; however, the kebab shop right next door was very disturbing because people sat outside there every evening until half past one at night.

The apartment has everything you need to enjoy every possible comfort even on vacation. Everything is available. We were especially surprised in the bathroom that there are many storage options. There is even a footstool for the children!!! The location is super central. You are right in the middle of the idyllic spa town of Boltenhagen. Everything feels very family-oriented. We felt very comfortable. The nice staff from the NORDIC office also made us feel warmly welcomed. A note about the sleeping area in the upper section: The blackout curtains are extremely short, making it difficult to close them. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. We stayed 4 nights in the Villa Augusta apartment 09. It was, apart from some deep scratches on the laminate and black marks (probably from suitcases) on the wall next to the stairs going up, all quite tidy. There was even a washing machine available. Even though we didn't use it, that's not found everywhere and not a given. The location on the main street and the view from the balcony directly onto a kebab shop were not excellent, but also not so disturbing that one would have to regret the booking. However, we do have one point of criticism, and that is the price-performance ratio. Charging €65 for cleaning and then requiring the guest to clean the apartment seemed a bit strange to us. Especially since neither bed linen nor towels were included in the price of €380 for 4 days.

The holiday apartment is super centrally located, nicely furnished with everything available. We were there in the off-season, so we could go directly to the beach with our dog. Both dog beaches are a bit farther away to walk, and in the high season, you need to like that. We can recommend the holiday apartment without hesitation and would definitely book it again in the off-season!

It is a spacious and bright apartment. It is furnished in a maritime and functional style. The kitchen is a bit outdated but has everything you need. The WiFi works at a maximum of 5 MB (streaming becomes a test of patience) and there is only a limited number of sockets in the rooms.

Very cozy apartment in the heart of Boltenhagen. The apartment is modern and well-furnished. The kitchen is equipped with everything from a coffee machine to egg spoons. The beds were comfortable. Shops, restaurants, and the beach are quickly accessible. And not to forget, dog-friendly. Clear recommendation!

The apartment is bright and nicely furnished. It is centrally located, and you can get to the beach very quickly. The whole area with the old large trees and park is wonderful, so even the big hotels are hidden. The town itself is small but charming and cozy. However, if you are a dog owner, you shouldn't expect much from the dog beach. It was not cleared and very small. If you go there because you want to play with your dog on the beach, you should go between September and April. Then dogs can be everywhere. In summer, it gets very crowded at the dog beach, and then there's no romping around. Otherwise, the staff in the office are super friendly.

Tastefully furnished, bright apartment, especially with cozy, high-quality furniture in the living room. Well equipped - even with a washing machine. Very central location. We really enjoyed the view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony and the living room window, as the trees on the central promenade were not yet leafed. We will definitely come back. The Nordic team from Mariannenweg was very friendly and caring. Top!

Located in the heart of Boltenhagen, bakeries, restaurants, and the beach can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is well-equipped, and the kitchen contains everything needed for a vacation. The children had a large room with plenty of space to play. The location directly on the street didn't bother us in the fall. However, those wanting to sleep with the window wide open in summer may feel disturbed by passing cars.

Price performance and the furnishings were great, the only downside was the double bed. Creaking bed frame, so no good night's sleep.

We really liked the apartment. We enjoyed the sunset on the balcony in the evening. Everything is central, with a bakery just across the street and quickly at the beach.
