The ground floor apartment corresponds to the general description and can be rated overall as "GOOD." The living space with the adjacent kitchen niche and both bedrooms are sufficiently sized. The beds/mattresses - as is common nowadays, a bit too hard - are okay. The windows have curtains and blinds in addition to blackout options. Unfortunately, the bathroom is extremely cramped. The owner has indeed made a lot of effort to create additional storage space, but it is only just enough to accommodate the essentials. The shower with corner entry and sliding doors is unfortunately very small. There are noticeable signs of wear and tear in this area and also in the sanitary facilities in general. The (satellite) television is somewhat older, and the selection of channels is limited. Due to the lack of a user manual, this could not be improved. The existing DVD player works, but unfortunately has a defective SCART connection. A mini CD stereo compact system is also available. The terrace belonging to the apartment is sufficiently large, but the furnishings are very simple; one searches in vain for seat cushions. The associated parking space is only a few steps from the entrance, which makes loading and unloading luggage easier. The shopping options - e.g. : MARKANT, ALDI, KIK are within a few minutes' walk. An additional bakery sales cart is located 50m from the house, making the morning bread procurement a breeze. The village center and beach are 0.5-1km away and also easily reachable on foot. The NORDIC service office is 50m away.

The 2 Ikea armchairs plus footstool are very cozy in the evening after a day trip. Kitchen well equipped, nothing is missing. Beds: comforters/pillows clean!! Mattresses very good!!!! Perfect is the bike shed in front of the door. Unfortunately, the doors to the individual boxes are EXTREMELY NARROW!!!! It requires a certain logistics with 2 people to push the bike through. Handlebars sideways, but so that the front of the bike does not stick out too much!!!! So one pulls, the other pushes.........! Millimeter work, they hadn't measured before . . . ? ? ? ? There would have been space for wider doors. . . ! PLANNING ERROR . . . . . . ! ! ! ! We left our wheels in the foyer.

We were in this apartment for the second time. We chose it again because it has two bedrooms, I also knew where everything is, the bakery cart is right in front of the door. It's not far to the beach or to the town. It's nice and quiet.

There is only one parking space for the apartment. The second car must be parked in a paid public parking lot (Kastanienallee parking lot daily ticket 8 euros). These additional costs are not included in the rental costs. Otherwise, everything is functionally furnished.

Very good location, close to the beach and the cliffs, everything is within walking distance. Shopping options (including Aldi) are within walking distance. The accommodation is on the ground floor with a small terrace area for sitting outside, hedges provide privacy. The rental through Nordic is well managed and organized, easy booking, competent advice, very friendly. The apartment was adequately equipped.

The location of the apartment is very good, quiet, with short distances (about 200-300m) to the beach and shopping. The furnishings and cleanliness of the apartment were also good. The furniture is partially aging but still very well maintained.

The holiday apartment matched the provider's description perfectly. We particularly liked the location: quiet, close to the center but with a pleasant distance from the hustle and bustle, with a playground and beach as well as a shopping center nearby. We appreciated the fresh bread and baked goods every morning, conveniently right at our doorstep. The garden area is surrounded by a hedgerow that provides privacy. We enjoyed sitting here and found plenty of peace for a midday nap.
