Good apartment in a quiet location and close to the beach, which we can recommend. When transporting luggage on arrival and departure days, one misses an elevator. The very small bike room in the underground garage is to be criticized. We placed our bikes in the bike racks in the outdoor area. They are likely to be overcrowded during the high season as well.

We were at the facility for the second time and it was very nice again. Boltenhagen is worth a trip even in not so good weather; we will come back.

Super view of the beach and the pier of Boltenhagen. The holiday apartment has a good and well-maintained equipment. The entire building is in an appealing condition. Only the communal bicycle cellar is too small for the number of apartments.

The holiday apartment is very spacious and practically furnished. The location is very good. I can only recommend a stay. However, the parking space for the car is located at the end of a parking row, directly next to a hedge planting. When the parking lot is fully occupied, it is very difficult to back out with a station wagon.

A beautiful clean apartment, well equipped, the view of the sea is wonderful, small balcony but sufficient. The bed is very high, inconvenient for shorter people, a warmer blanket or extra blankets would have been nice. Otherwise a great vacation, we have felt comfortable in all the apartments so far.

It was very nice. Unfortunately, there was no shelter for the bikes. They stood outside the whole time. The small bike room was overcrowded. We were informed of this right at check-in.

We spent another wonderful vacation week in Boltenhagen. Everything just fit perfectly. Unfortunately, all 3 planned boat trips to Travemünde were canceled.

Apartment top equipped!!! There was really nothing missing, except for a dish towel! It would be helpful to add this to the laundry package, i.e., it should be mentioned that you only get a dish towel if you book the laundry package. View from the balcony of the Baltic Sea simply great!!!

The apartment was nice. Unfortunately, there is no elevator... but we knew that beforehand. We noticed that in the bathroom at the transition from the hallway to the bathroom (behind the door threshold), a tile might be loose (from the bathroom floor). Otherwise, everything was great. It would also be good to have a storage option for a stroller on the ground floor.

The apartment offers everything for a nice holiday by the sea. It is well-designed, has a well-equipped kitchenette, a cozy and well-maintained living area, and a separate bedroom with very tidy beds and ample storage space for clothes, etc. The small balcony offers sun all afternoon and a wonderful view of the beach and sea.

We were guests at this property from October 21 to October 28, 2014. We particularly liked the cleanliness and furnishings. The friendly reception on the day of arrival by the apprentice particularly appealed to us. Boltenhagen is worth a trip! We were here for the last time in 1995 and can confirm this. The weather was good to us during this time, and we would gladly come back. Thanks also to the friendly Mrs. Engel.

Two weeks in Boltenhagen, super nice apartment, great weather, everything perfect. The best was the angel on two legs, - called Mrs. Engel. Without Mrs. Engel, the reception would be unthinkable. We really enjoyed it. We are coming back in September and have already booked for 2014.

The location with a view of the Baltic Sea was great; in bad weather, the walk to the center was not so exciting. The fact that the house has no elevator contributed to personal fitness; however, it was tiring during arrival and departure. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great apartment with a view of the sea. We were here at the end of April. Since the apartment is under the roof, it can be assumed that it will get very warm in summer heat. The apartment is very clean, and we lacked nothing in terms of amenities, especially since the holiday management provides a starter set of garbage bags, dish soap, etc. Anyone - like me - who is a bit older and needs sleeping comfort should - like me :-) - bring their own pillow. There are fly screens only on the balcony door, not in the bedroom. The small balcony is great, but it could be too small for two sturdy people. But basically, I haven't regretted the booking for a moment.

Great holiday apartment, wonderful view from the balcony of the Baltic Sea, almost everything you need is there. Very quiet apartment, the insect protection windows are fantastic! It would be desirable to have Wi-Fi for all devices and not just one per person.

We had two DG apartments next to each other for five people (one child). We liked it very much; everything was as expected/described/booked. The service from the rental office was very good. We would book it the same way again. Not entirely optimal is that there is no elevator in the house and that the signage is not very good. It took a while to find the rental office and then our house.

Very nice apartment with good facilities. The price-performance ratio is acceptable. The existing bike cellar is much too small (5-6 bicycles) for the residential complex and is practically unusable. A lockable bike shed would be desirable.

Service office staff very friendly and competent. The parking space for our car was blocked on the second day. When we called the service office, we were immediately assigned another parking space.

In the cozy and well-equipped apartment, one can feel comfortable. The most beautiful aspect was the view from the balcony, but one could also look out over the entire bay directly from the dining area. This view is simply wonderful! It should be noted that the apartment is a top-floor unit, and one has to climb 45 stairs.

It's worth considering whether you want to live in this stretch of beach! Every day, disgusting sludge was dredged into the sea, which washed ashore and made swimming almost impossible, especially for children!
