But what is that, when you can enjoy this view and location? We are happy to come back and find our balance to everyday life in the apartment and in Boltenhagen. With sunny but cool March weather, it was wonderful to sit by the window with a book and let my gaze wander over the water again and again. The way to the village is enjoyable, with several paths running parallel, so that despite the location on the outskirts, which we specifically chose because of the dog, it was no trouble to reach the pier. The apartment is well-maintained and clean. The heating was not okay, but it should be renewed throughout the entire house right after our stay. In the kitchen, there were small things missing, such as salad utensils, but also a decent frying pan. And for the operation of a dishwasher, there was not enough cutlery, so it had to be washed by hand. We would choose this apartment again.

We have truly fallen in love with this apartment and would like to rent it again next February, but we will unfortunately have to forgo it for the reasons mentioned below. What bothers us vehemently is the soundproofing of the apartment and at times a deafening noise level, which makes our stay in this beautiful apartment almost unbearable. Not only can one not escape the noise of the neighborhood, but even in the apartment itself, one is awakened by various noises even at night. Not only can one not escape the noise of the neighborhood, but various sounds also wake one up at night even inside the apartment. This especially concerns the toilet flush, which can be heard through walls, even in the bedroom with the door closed. Additionally, there is irregular bubbling and cracking in the radiators, sometimes louder, sometimes quieter. We are, of course, aware that resolving these defects will likely require significant investments. However, we would also be willing to accept a slightly higher price if you could address the aforementioned deficiencies. We had a great time in the currently quiet Boltenhagen. Without hustle and bustle, we could relax and let our thoughts flow during walks on the beach with our dogs. Simply wonderful. The apartment is just perfect and very cozy. You start your day with breakfast while looking at the Baltic Sea. The location on the outskirts is very convenient for dog owners, as the dog beach is right outside the door. You just have to know that there is no elevator. We will definitely come back.

The location of the vacation apartment is excellent! You have a brilliant view of the Baltic Sea and the pier of Boltenhagen. Unfortunately, apart from the kitchen, the furnishings of the vacation apartment have aged. With a more appealing decoration of the apartment, the rental price would also be justified. What a shame!!!

The apartment was very clean at handover. Ideal starting point for bike tours to Travemünde or Wismar. Everything went super well from booking to key handover at the end of the vacation.
