The apartment was simply great, exactly what we expected. Clean, tidy, very nicely furnished, the whole environment very satisfying. A few small things------ kitchen paper---- dish soap---- toilet paper, hand soap, all small things still had to be bought. But not a big deal, that's why the full score. From booking, to confirmation and phone conversations very good. Arrival and key reception very friendly, super. Received a surprise gift, really great. Small issue, almost not worth mentioning: 2-3 spots (glass) on the living room table, wiped off myself and done. Coffee pot was missing; after a phone call, the issue was immediately resolved. Worth considering: more dishes......

The vacation apartment is designed for 4 people. We were only two - there were definitely too few utensils available, I missed a potato masher. Otherwise: Super bathroom with plenty of storage space and good mattresses!

The apartment is very nice, it has everything you need. However, I consider the desk in the second bedroom unnecessary; a small shelf might be better there (also because of the space). We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time!

In terms of location, we only give a "good" because the noises from the ventilation system of the supermarkets were often disturbing. Furthermore, we missed a Wi-Fi connection. We positively assess that a technician was immediately available to address any identified deficiencies.

At the time of our stay, it was nice and quiet throughout the area surrounding the apartment. We really enjoyed that. The apartment, the hallway, and the surroundings of the house were well-maintained and clean. The kitchen equipment and the furnishings, including the entertainment technology, met our satisfaction. However, the pillows should urgently be replaced. They were very flat and lumpy, making it impossible to rest comfortably on them. The favorable location of the holiday apartment in relation to reaching the supermarket, town center, spa park, pier, and beach should be emphasized.

We were quite satisfied. The only small criticism we would like to mention is that two rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for a stay of one week is rather tight. It is a beautiful, bright, comfortably furnished apartment on the 1st floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a practical pass-through to the dining area. There is plenty of storage space for personal items, both in the bedrooms and in the bathroom. Short distances to the morning bakery van or to the supermarket. It takes a pleasant 10-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is located in a quiet area, only the cooling from the supermarket on the neighboring property was a disturbance on warm days. The balcony has space for a maximum of 3 chairs. We spent a relaxing week here.

A beautiful facility, well equipped. Only the mattresses and pillows were quite uncomfortable. They could simply be replaced. Otherwise, the apartment had everything you need. Hardly any noise and there was also a shopping option around the corner. So I would go there again. Especially the staff at the reception was very friendly and competent.

Short walk to the beach, the center, and Aldi. The balcony side is green with plenty of space and without visibility. The sun comes around by noon. Very quiet, although it feels like being right in the middle of it all. Very cozy, tidy, and practically furnished.

The apartment is well and tastefully furnished, clean, and located in a quiet residential area. The guest needs about a 10-minute walk to the beach. There are large benches installed along the promenade where the guest can relax and unwind. Shopping opportunities are about 200 meters away.

We liked the apartment very much. However, the stairs to the apartment are not recommended for guests with mobility impairments and should be mentioned in the listing. We managed it with difficulty. We had an older gentleman with a mobility impairment with us. However, we would gladly come back as a couple. Best regards.

We found the holiday apartment great. The only downside was that the dishwasher unfortunately did not clean the dishes really well, so there was a lot of effort in rinsing them afterwards.

Two technical defects (corridor light, radio) that do not significantly diminish the overall impression for us. The resolution is certainly difficult if the respective tenant does not report the defect.

Everything was great. However, one could argue whether the additional final cleaning fee of 70,-€ is justified. We also missed an option to dispose of plastic waste separately. In front of the house, there was only a container for residual waste.
