Ideal for 2 people. Located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, but has a beach chair and bistro chairs on the terrace to enjoy the sunrise. Handling the fold-down bed is rather unusual, especially when the mattress gets stuck. The caretaker came immediately, though. The equipment is good. Unfortunately, we discovered the egg piercer too late ;-) Large bathroom with a big shower, good kitchen with a new stove, great extractor hood, microwave, and excellent dishwasher. The TV is a bit small, the refrigerator and vacuum cleaner seem a bit older, but who needs that on vacation...

We were already in the apartment for the 2nd time and again had a wonderful time to unwind. The view from the existing beach chair on the rooftop terrace to the beach is simply great. We would love to come back and would recommend the apartment.

The holiday apartment is well equipped. The folding bed takes some getting used to, as the pillow tends to disappear into the relatively large gap at the head end. The staff was super friendly. The location of the apartment is ideal. The location is quiet. Highly recommended.

In the room and a spacious balcony with a view of the sea and beach was great!! The furnishings were wonderful and the new bed was so comfortable to sleep in. In short, we felt at home. We would love to come back (to the same apartment).

The apartment was very clean, quiet, nothing was missing. I also found the little starter supplies like trash bags, cleaning cloths, dish soap, etc. very good! The foldable bed is of great quality! This apartment can definitely be recommended!

The location and the balcony are great. Everything is sufficiently available. The inventory and dishes seem a bit mismatched. The balcony tiles urgently need to be refurbished (serious trip hazard!). The beach chair is great, and the better balcony table helps with the use of the outdoor area. Nice bathroom.

We were very kindly welcomed by the Nordic employee. The location of the apartment and the great view of the lake is beautiful. The large balcony with the beach chair is also very inviting. This is our second time in the apartment; it is simply nice to sit at the table with a glass of wine and look at the lake at this time of year. Otherwise, nothing is lacking. The bathroom is large and nice. The apartment was clean. The only downside to the apartment is the sofa bed, which is very hard and uncomfortable; it has also aged since the legs have to sleep down, the sofa has shrunk a bit at the end and is no longer the same height as where the head lies. It would be great to change that. Boltenhagen is always worth a trip!

We really enjoyed the time! The small clean apartment with its dreamy view of the Baltic Sea was amazing! Unfortunately, the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and should be replaced with a high-quality one!

At the reception, they were very friendly and helpful. You immediately receive a small starter package with soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, cloths, and garbage bags. A very nice clean little apartment with a view of the water. We enjoyed it and will come back. :-)

A beautiful apartment with a top-notch view. You look directly at the bay and can also make yourself comfortable in the beach chair on the balcony, even in bad weather. The furnishings of the apartment are okay; everything essential is available. Those who can live with a fold-down bed will be well accommodated. We partially didn't fold the bed up anymore, but enjoyed the view while lying on the bed. The decor is functional, and the apartment has a room of sufficient size. The bathroom is very nice.

View fantastic, apartment even more beautiful than in the pictures, best location in Boltenhagen. Personally, I found the mattress too hard, but my wife did not. We did not like the internet connection. You get a 7-day access per person (only usable on one device at a time). The connection is very, very slow, between 0.35 and 1 MB maximum speed. Unfortunately, this barely suffices for streaming movies or series during the vacation. Otherwise, really perfect.

The bathroom is large and nice. The apartment was clean. The only drawback of the apartment is the sofa bed, which is very hard and uncomfortable. It has also aged since the legs need to be placed down; the sofa has shrunk a bit at the end and is no longer the same height where the head lies. It would be great to change that. Boltenhagen is always worth a visit!

It was very quiet, I would love to book the apartment again, both for myself alone and for two people. The spacious shower is great.

We were there for the second time. As always, the location is stunningly beautiful. Unfortunately, the internet is very slow. We had some problems with insects: when we had to open the window while cooking, we quickly had a multitude of flies in the apartment. Therefore, the next day we bought two fly swatters and left one in the apartment.

The apartment is a dream for couples or as a single. I was there alone and felt very comfortable. It is modernly furnished. The only thing that is really missing are insect screens and a fly protection door. There is a window and a door for ventilation, but with the mosquito plague this year – and also with flies – you can't ventilate otherwise!!! I was there in mid-September, I don't know how it would be in summer without ventilation ?? Especially since the apartment is on the 2nd floor.
