Basic cleanliness very good, e.g. kitchen appliances, etc., possibly remove cobwebs and shower partition at the bottom, otherwise perfect. Thank you very much.

We are already here for the third time in this very nicely located apartment and always feel very comfortable there. The apartment is very close to the beach. The provider should only check the drainage of the shower (wastewater has been draining very poorly since we rented the apartment); eventually, the wastewater will stand in the apartment.

Dreamlike view from the balcony, overall a well-maintained complex. The interior furnishings, on the other hand, are lacking and seem outdated. The plastic chairs for outside could also be of higher quality; in the neighboring apartments, there were loungers and beach chairs.

Everything's great.

Due to its unique location, I have been booking the apartment for summer vacation for 2 years. I also really like the place Boltenhagen; it is quickly reachable from my hometown. In the next few days, I will book the apartment for next year. The landlord might need to think about the furnishings soon; the kitchenette with stove and dishwasher is already "getting old" and needs to be renewed. The same applies to the wardrobe, which is difficult to open. The towel holder next to the sink has been loose since 2018, and the offered hairdryer is currently missing. Despite the small deficiencies, my wife and I will return next year; we are already looking forward to the week of vacation in Boltenhagen. Best regards, Johann Heimsoth

Our first vacation in Boltenhagen. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and in the complex. The apartment has a very nice view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment includes a relatively large corner balcony. In the morning, there is about 2 hours of sun and in the late afternoon, sun until sunset. A beach chair would have been nice to sit in the sun protected even in slightly stronger winds. The entire Dünenblick complex is very well-maintained. The spa house and the shopping passages are quickly reachable on foot. Very nice sandy beach, almost directly in front of the facility. We would love to come back!

The purpose of the trip is to relax annually during the days between the years beyond the turn of the year, in a beautiful place with the appropriate flair, not only to indulge in family bustle, but still have the opportunity to extensively enjoy nature in any weather and optionally enjoy the cultural events organized around the holidays. Keyword: Out of everyday life! For this, Boltenhagen and its surroundings (also up to Lübeck) offer the best possibilities! Everyone benefits during this time. You can already see that in the flow of visitors! The accommodation situation: fully booked and unobtrusive. But: For our needs and the aforementioned purpose, sometimes a bit noisy. What is important, of course: cleanliness! Generosity in the living area, modern sleeping arrangements (not too soft), functionality, space for individuality, work opportunities, proximity to the beach with a corresponding view of the water, closeness to local events. We find that here. Don't let up!

Great location, short distance to the water, furniture neat and clean, the balcony is unfortunately only separated from the neighboring apartment by a bench, so no privacy, underground garage very nice, parking spaces quite narrow, bicycle cellar much too small.

4,8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8 4.8

The apartment is very well equipped, my wife, my grandchild, and I were able to spend a nice week in Boltenhagen in the beach-close apartment and will book this apartment again next year. We were of course very lucky with the weather.

Compliment especially to the cleaning team. It was very very tidy. And the staff in the office were also uniquely friendly and helpful. Please check the dishwasher, the wheels are not in order.

We really had a great stay in the apartment. The furnishings of the apartment were really very good. Also the location and especially the view of the Baltic Sea! The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, but okay for a stay of a few days.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

We were received very nicely and were able to access the apartment by noon. Everything was very clean and functionally furnished. Large balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea. Parking in the underground garage was also very positive. A great short vacation! When returning the key, we were asked very kindly if everything was okay and wished a good journey home. Thank you for the good service and the beautiful apartment, we would love to come back to Dünenblick! Unfortunately, next door the underground garage roof was always... 8 to 6 PM renovated, which was associated with noise, but you have to live with it. . . . . . were out during the day.

Great location with beautiful sea view, just a few steps to the beach and a few minutes walk to the pier and the center.

In this apartment; one immediately has a pleasant feeling, - one feels comfortable right away!!

Most beautiful view of the Baltic Sea, brightly furnished and comfortable apartment. Highly recommended!

Nordic is great in assistance and friendliness! The vacation apartment has an excellent location. The underground garage is a disaster, the dishwasher and refrigerator work very poorly, new appliances are urgently needed!!! The furnishings are sporadic, not very lovingly designed for this price! I know other vacation apartments also in Boltenhagen, I have been to Boltenhagen for the sixth time. The landlord should also consider getting a microwave!

Great, very clean apartment in an excellent location! Furniture is getting old, but the sea view makes up for it. Would love to come back!

The apartment is in poor condition, very worn out.

The employees of nordic GmbH are very friendly, helpful, and have made improvements where possible (mold in the shower). A large part of the apartment's furnishings is damaged and needs to be urgently renewed. The bed has also seen better days and is terribly uncomfortable. The TV reception with 19 channels (10 of which have a lot of static) is not up to date. The stereo system is an FM radio. Regardless of the deficiencies, Boltenhagen is a great place for relaxation and recreation. We will come back, although not to this apartment.

The location of the apartment is excellent. You enjoy a beautiful view. The furnishings are fine for the size of the apartment, but the space for 4 people would be a bit tight for me. The small kitchenette is sufficient for two, as there is hardly any countertop space. However, you are often outside and on the go, so you can manage well with that.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The location of the apartment is very good. It's only a few meters to the beach. The furnishings are somewhat dated. The television receives less than 25 different channels. That would have been excellent 30 years ago. Otherwise, the apartment is well-equipped. Unfortunately, there is no convection oven. Balcony with sea view, where you have sunshine in the morning until 8:00 and in the evening from 6:00 PM. Very pleasant in the summer. The storage option for bicycles is very limited. The bike cellar is almost overcrowded with 8 bicycles. When you consider that bicycles from about 50 apartments should be there... Cleanliness was acceptable. The price-performance ratio is good for this apartment.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

The apartment and weather are great, the underground garage is a nuisance.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

Beautiful apartment with a side sea view, the sunrise over the Baltic Sea can be wonderfully enjoyed on the balcony. Everything you need for a vacation is available. The only thing we found very uncomfortable was the bed. Otherwise, everything was great.

4,0 4 4 4 4 4

There is no proper reading lamp next to the couch!

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Despite the size and number of holiday apartments, it was very quiet. The beach was in close proximity.

5,0 5 5 5 5 5

Uncomplicated, correct, and trustworthy organization of vacation preparation, which can lead to a conflict-free and relaxing vacation experience. We fully enjoyed our short trip with many beautiful memories.

The vacation apartment has a nice large balcony that gets sun in the morning and evening. There is a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea as well as the fields and meadows. The apartment is functionally equipped and well-maintained. To access the underground garage, you have to go around the outside of the house, so you cannot get to the vacation apartment "with dry feet." The bike storage room in the underground garage is very small and was already full, but you can lock the bikes outside at the bike racks.

The furnishings, including the kitchen, appear very worn. The refrigerator hardly deserves the name due to its lack of cooling performance! The view is a dream: Baltic Sea in the morning, sunsets in the evening. Unfortunately, one could hear every chair scrape and door slam from the neighboring apartments. Various previous guests from this apartment (as well as from other apartments in the building) have criticized the lack of blackout options in the bedroom. Despite differing statements in the various responses from Nordic, nothing has happened. A privacy screen from our apartment to apartment No. 51 (and also the neighboring house) (e.g., pleated blinds) would be necessary, as we sat during the day and evening with completely closed curtains. We do not need spectators when getting dressed and undressed ;-) .
