We have already been to this great apartment for the 3rd time. The fantastic location and overall impression convinced us immediately. Great bathroom with a walk-in shower and high-quality shower partition.

I personally consider the apartment to be absolutely top-notch! The furnishings, the location, the whole ambiance is excellent. I can only warmly recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. However, there is a very small downside. The chairs in the apartment above should urgently be equipped with felt gliders, as the noise from the chair sliding is very loud downstairs. I have already communicated this point to the property management. But ultimately, that is really the only point that could be criticized. I / we will definitely continue to spend our vacation there in the future!

We felt very comfortable in this well-maintained apartment. The furnishings and all available household items were of high quality and fully matched our taste. The beds were also very good; we slept great. The distance to the beach was optimal, and it was not far to the restaurants and the shopping center; everything was easily accessible on foot. All in all, a very nice vacation (even though the weather in the first week was not quite optimal). We would gladly come back again.

- The apartment is nicely and comfortably furnished - only a microwave is missing (possibly for those who "need" it) - the landlady has provided some cleaning supplies, dish soap, also filter bags and some coffee (I think that's a very nice gesture) - the beach chair on the terrace is a highlight - all in all, recommended, we felt very comfortable - also, the service and friendliness of the staff from Nordic were great as always (just a shout-out to our contacts).

The apartment is lovingly furnished down to the last detail. The kitchenette is well equipped. For two people, it is a very appealing, sufficiently large, and well-maintained apartment. We would have wished for a bit more care from the cleaning staff - the very beautiful apartment naturally raises high expectations regarding cleanliness. The internet connection is moderate, but this probably does not specifically concern this apartment, but is due to the inadequate network in Boltenhagen. Boltenhagen and the surrounding area absolutely makes up for it.

Unfortunately, I found the final cleaning fee of 60 € a bit too high.

We really enjoyed it and felt comfortable. The only point of criticism is the much too small bicycle cellar. In such a large property in a place where cycling is part of life, a cellar that can accommodate more than 6 bikes should be available. Some guests drove their bikes through the garden to their terrace. We were lucky that the parking space next to us and the spots across were free, so we could place our bikes behind the car without obstructing anyone.

From the molton cloth, to an extra warm blanket, to a spare light bulb... everything is simply available. The house is located in the second row, therefore quiet. The sunrise was visible from the apartment in the first week of October. From the residential complex, it's just a few steps to the street with the waterfront path. Walking left at the end of the village, there is a stream, at the mouth a white bench and a large yellow house with bike rental. The apartment is very spacious and tastefully equipped with high-quality contemporary furnishings.
