Apartment furnishings are very good, but for the larger apartments, a second parking space would be very desirable. It could be somewhere on the premises. Or according to the occupancy plan, Nordic houses the reception identifies free parking spaces and releases these spots; even if you might have to move during your own vacation time. The note about the parking lot across from Aldi is good, but please inquire about how payment works if you park there for several consecutive days. E.g. 5 days and day ticket at 6 € ==[gt] the machine would then request 30 €. The reception could not provide me with any information about it.

We were two adults and three children aged 14, 9, and 5. We can only recommend the accommodation! There is also the option to do laundry there, as there is a washing machine and dryer in the basement, and for €3, you can get a token for the washing machine or dryer. You just have to bring your own detergent and fabric softener. But this way, you don't have to take too much laundry, which is really an advantage! Aldi, Markant, tedi, and kik are no more than a 10-minute walk away. And there are fresh rolls available every morning from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the roll cart located right next to the reception, which even offers fresh eggs from the egg vending machine, highly recommended! You just have to be there on time. The rolls taste very good!! So we will definitely go back there for a vacation!!

A well-equipped and maintained vacation apartment. In the guestbook, there were complaints that the large apartment, which accommodates a maximum of 8 people, only has one parking space directly in front of the door. My tip: not far away (across from "ALDI"), there is a paid parking lot. Those who have two cars should be able to cover the fees for that. Thrifty visitors head towards Klütz and find a free parking space for the second vehicle at the exit of Boltenhagen. Is that too exhausting for you? Then imagine what the holiday village would look like if it offered double the number of pitches: there would be no playgrounds and meadows. The paths would be so narrow that the children playing on them (where else should they go?) would pose a constant threat to the exterior mirrors and paint of the parked vehicles. Oh, I see, you mean they should have just planned the area bigger. But weren't you just complaining about the expensive apartment, and weren't you the one who had no money for the parking fees for the second car . . . :)

Price-performance ratio is right. The layout of the apartment is fine. Location is close to the beach. Restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance.

The last 3 years we stayed in "Papillon," twice in apartment 3-05. At first, everything was as usual, but on the first evening, the heating broke down, so there was no hot water. However, the caretaker promptly came and made the heating functional again. On Monday, the same misfortune happened, cold water. But first the caretaker, then the heating company fixed it again. Unfortunately, a false conclusion, by noon the heating was broken again. The company. Nordic quickly made the neighboring apartment 3-06 available to us. Since it was raining that day, the move wasn't too bad and was done quickly. After that, everything was fine, and the remaining days passed peacefully. Such an incident can unfortunately happen with the very old heating system, but the company Nordic quickly took care of the tradespeople and the replacement apartment. So it was all okay, although it was simply too cold that week, but Nordic isn't responsible for that either. We will come back again next year.

For a short trip, this apartment is quite okay. However, if you have planned a longer stay, I find the apartment rather unsuitable, as the beds were not very comfortable and the bathroom lacks any homeliness. 80€ for the final cleaning is also totally exaggerated, as we were still supposed to vacuum, etc. In my opinion, such things should be included in this high fee. In general, there wasn't necessarily the feeling that the kitchen was being closely monitored for cleanliness. Important: Bring dry towels for drying dishes. In terms of location, the apartment is nice, as it takes only 5 minutes to walk to the beach, and shopping options are also nearby. The parking situation is not well resolved, as an apartment for 6 people needs at least 2 designated parking spaces and not just one, where everyone parks as they please and it is not monitored.

Suitable for six people. Three bedrooms for privacy and a shared living area. The bathroom is also sufficient with a separate toilet. It would be desirable to have another toilet in the upper area of the two bedrooms. A huge point of criticism is the parking situation. Three couples with one vehicle each and one parking space per vacation apartment. Perhaps a solution to this frequently mentioned problem should be considered.

The apartment is pleasantly shaped, the rooms (double bed, double bed, 2 single beds) offer good sleeping options for up to 6 adults. The overall impression is disturbed by the fact that the kitchenette is located directly in the hallway - and one toilet may also be too little. But everything worked out :-) The location is great, you can quickly take the dog out and be at the dog beach in just a few minutes. We were somewhat taken aback by a party-loving large group in the house next door, but you can't really predict that. The parking situation was borderline, and with our Volvo, it was difficult to park in and out. Others had come with two cars, even though there is only one parking spot available per apartment. We would rent the apartment again :-)

The apartment is well-maintained and offers space for 8 people. A big problem is the parking situation. 1. The parking spaces are way too small/narrow. 2. If the apartment is designed for 8 people, one must assume that there are at least 2 cars. The 2nd car then needs to be parked daily for 6€ across from Aldi. An expensive pleasure! We were there at Easter; it was very pleasant then. In high season, it is surely very crowded - the houses are pretty close together. You can reach the beach in about 10 minutes.
