It was a beautiful vacation. Everything went great. A chair for laying down clothes in the bedroom would be recommended. We would love to come back.

We were very satisfied. The apartment had everything we needed. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. We used the pool every day; it was all very clean and in modern condition. We felt very comfortable there and enjoyed our stay. We would gladly come back!

As mentioned in previous reviews by former tenants, the toilet flush is still a problem; toilet paper is only "disposed of" after several flushes.

Refrigerator poorly adjustable, no indication for the setting. Key for mailbox is missing. Paper container is always full. Glass container is missing. Make the lock for the underground garage entrances more visible. Otherwise, it was very nice with you.

Nice apartment, cozy furnished. The location is very centrally located. It is not far to the beach and to the shops as well as restaurants. You will find everything you need for a self-catering holiday in the apartment. The only downside is that the sofa bed is not particularly comfortable.

The photos of the apartment are not up to date, but we were more than satisfied with our vacation accommodation. The only downside: the toilet flush! Perhaps consideration should be given to increasing the flow rate and pressure a bit. Otherwise, we can only recommend this apartment!!!!

Good holiday apartment with solid amenities. The only things missing are the microwave and the dishwasher. But the proximity to the beach, central location, underground parking, sauna, and pool enhance everything again. We will probably book your apartment more often.

The apartment is very clean and modern. The bathroom is a bit small, but you can manage with it. We felt very, very comfortable. So much so that we even spontaneously extended our stay on site. The bed is very comfortable. We rarely slept so well in a vacation rental. In the off-season, it wasn't too loud outside either. Additionally, we had a lake view that we enjoyed every morning. In the evenings, we went to the wellness area in our bathrobes, which is easy to find via the underground garage. The pool is free of charge. For the sauna, you need 1 euro (per 15 minutes), which is completely fine. We will be back very soon and can highly recommend the accommodation.

The beach is reachable in 2 minutes. The restaurant and ice cream café are right next to it.

We were in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen in September 2019 and stayed for 8 nights in the Residence Seestern Apartment 40. The apartment left a positive overall impression. Only the toilet flush was lacking!!

The accommodation is within walking distance to the beach and is overall a nice place to stay. We especially liked the free availability of an indoor pool for the colder days. The kitchen is only equipped with the essentials, and we found the number of plates and glasses to be somewhat limited. Unfortunately, there were issues with the Wi-Fi throughout our entire stay. For all those arriving by bus, it is important to know that you have to pick up the key for the accommodation more than 2 kilometers away from the accommodation - this was only made known to us after the booking.

The apartment is beautiful, right by the sea. Only a few minutes' walk to shopping. Ideal for 2 people. From the underground garage and the front door, there is a narrow elevator after just a few steps. The mattresses in the bed were uncomfortable for us, and the couch was no better. The air heated up quickly even at 22 degrees and could hardly be cooled down by ventilating. The underground parking space was so tight that we could only open the doors about 20 cm. The key handling and booking were straightforward.

The accommodation is highly recommended overall. The living-dining area with kitchen is very spacious. Nothing is missing in the furnishings. There are plenty of storage options. The sound insulation is very good, so that with windows and doors closed, there is no noise from the street or passersby. The reserved underground parking space is absolutely sufficient in size. The only negative was the largely lacking light in the kitchen area and the dim lighting in the bathroom.

Hello again, booked the apartment for my friends. We had a nice vacation again. Unfortunately, here are a few comments. Balcony full of bird droppings, this should be seen by a cleaning company when the balcony was cleaned. Also, the refrigerator and shelves needed to be cleaned again. Furthermore, the second television was missing; according to the description, there should have been two in the apartment. Either remove it or install the second one in the bedroom. But here too, a big thank you to Boltenhagen. We had a nice vacation and were delighted with the programs (pier festival / wine festival, etc.). Best regards, Uwe Lewinski

We really liked the apartment. It is cozy, with a lot of attention to detail and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the town center and the beach. The space for bicycles was quite large, so everyone could find a good spot. The organization was also excellent. Shortly before our arrival, we received an email with all the important details. We enjoyed it very much!!!

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDABLE! Very well-maintained facility, apartment 40 very tastefully and regionally furnished and decorated. Kitchen very well equipped - there is even a splash guard for frying pans. Despite the gastronomic establishments on the ground floor and the central location, there is no noise disturbance at all. Great wellness oasis in house 1, I used it every evening, very clean and therefore highly recommended. I give it 5 stars. The mattresses of the beds are top-notch! I haven't slept this well on vacation in a long time.

We had beautiful days in Boltenhagen. We lacked for nothing. The apartment was well-equipped, with everything one needs. Very modern furnishings. We felt very comfortable. Despite the house being right on the street, it was very quiet. The distance to the beach was great. Shopping options were within short distance. This will not be our last time there.
