TUSCANY, Province of Pistoia: for exclusive use: "IL SILENZIO", 145 sqm, a detached house on all 4 sides, fully fenced, quiet, facing south, holiday country house: Ground floor: Through the main entrance you enter the kitchen (fitted kitchen: dishwasher, 4-burner gas stove with oven and extractor hood, espresso machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, large refrigerator in the small storage room in the kitchen, functioning fireplace. Behind the kitchen, there is a multipurpose room with another refrigerator; to the left of it is one of two bathrooms with a window (shower, toilet, bidet) equipped with a washing machine; to the right is the cellar with an exit to the garden. To the left of the main entrance is the spacious reading and TV room. A terracotta staircase leads up to the first floor, which is completely outfitted with terracotta flooring. It has another bathroom with a window (shower, toilet, bidet) and 4 bedrooms: From the single room, you look out onto the forested hills and into the garden with a private pool. The eye-catcher is the Art Nouveau sideboard with mirror. An antique mirrored wardrobe and another tall dresser are part of the furnishings. The 3 double rooms, one with an additional cot and romantic, wrought-iron, ivory-colored bed, are each equipped with an antique, mirrored wardrobe and antique linen chests. The pool, which is cleaned 3 times a week, is open from about the beginning of May to about mid-October - depending on the weather. A large parasol by the pool provides soothing shade. Splendid, quiet location
If you are looking for peace and quiet, a wonderful location, short distances to many sights, you are in the right place. Well-equipped, beautiful location and plenty of space for children / dogs. Completely fenced. Great pool. Our landlords, the Nardiri family, have been very friendly and helpful. The real estate agent, Mrs. Corsten, is also always available and helps wherever she can. Mr. Nadiri knows the country and its people very well and can tell a lot if interested. For trips, for example, to Florence, I recommend the train. It doesn't cost much and is very relaxed. The sea is also not far away.

The house is beautiful! Furnished with a lot of love. The kitchen has everything you need: sharp knives, sieve, kitchen towels, cleaning supplies for the whole house, etc. everything is there. The pool is very well maintained and you can hang your wet bathing suits on 2 stands with available clothespins. Shady places can be found at any time of the day. You can actually let dogs run around safely. Our Beagle couldn't find a way out. There are only 2 disadvantages. The beds are very hard and you can feel every spring, and the way to the house is really, really adventurous!!! It's really narrow and very uneven. Many potholes!

Herzlichen Dank für Ihren ausführlichen Kommentar. Es freut uns sehr, daß Sie sich im Ferienhaus La Pace wohlgefühlt haben und mit der Ausstattung im Innen- und Außenbereich und dem Service zufrieden waren.
Die Eigentümer sind immer bemüht, die Ausstattung an die Bedürfnisse der Feriengäste anzupassen und sind daher sehr dankbar für Verbesserungsvorschläge. Nach Rücksprache mit diesen werden in 2024 die Matratzen in zwei Doppelzimmern mit neuen Memory-Matratzen ersetzt, sodass ein erholsamer Schlaf garantiert sein dürfte.
Feriengäste, die an diesem Haus interessiert sind (ab 2024 Belegung von maximal 5 Personen), müssen sich auf eine, wie beschrieben, fahrzeugbreite und zum Schluss nicht asphaltierte Zufahrt einstellen. Wir kennen und vermieten das Haus seit nunmehr ca. 19 Jahren, haben dort auch selber übernachtet. Befährt man die Strecke das erste Mal, ist es etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Erfahrungsgemäß gewöhnt man sich aber schnell daran, was uns viele Stammgäste versichern.
Wir wünschen Ihnen und Ihrer Familie alles Liebe und Gute und würden uns über eine erneute Kontaktaufnahme sehr freuen.

La Pace, the name says it all!
We had to rebook at short notice and were lucky to still have "La Pace" for a week. Access is adventurous, but the house and property are a dream.
Everything is available, everything is spotlessly clean, we are glad to have discovered this house!
Many thanks to Mrs. Corsten and the Nardini family for everything going so smoothly. We and our two dogs loved it!

Beautiful property, wonderfully located
Very beautiful approximately 1,500 m2 large garden, terraced with olive and fruit trees, well-maintained pool area. The entire property is securely fenced (dogs are safe), an eldorado for our two Australian Shepherds. The property is located off the beaten path, yet Buggiano with various shopping opportunities and restaurants can be reached in just 10 minutes. Pure relaxation, we will be back!

Beautiful typical Tuscan house in the middle of the olive grove.
Beautiful holiday home with an adventurous approach. The landlord was very nice and helpful. The house and the furnishings were clean. The location is quiet with a beautiful garden. Highly recommended.
The access goes right through a wooded area; the path is not very wide.
