We had the apartment for the 3rd time already. Unfortunately, it is already booked for next year. It is a great apartment with a great view! The furnishings are fine. Completely sufficient for 10 days of vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation in this lovingly furnished and well-equipped apartment. With great weather, we were able to use both the balcony and the terrace daily. The beach is just a few steps away. Highly recommended.

The apartment was great, the rooftop terrace a dream. The only downside I personally found was that there was no dish soap or dish towel in the kitchen. Otherwise, I would love to come back again.

Börgerende: a place that one wishes to preserve its mix of village character, natural Baltic Sea flair, and the tourist awakening for a long time. Those who seek peace and find what is necessary for relaxation on-site, who enjoy beach walks or prefer cycling and love good Italian cuisine, delicious fish, good ice cream, hearty food, or superb fine pastry art, are in the right place here. In addition, the ambiance of the spacious penthouse apartment 16 in Villa Sanddorn. Then one needs luck, as everywhere in the world, to find the weather one likes . . . . . . . . then there's no reason not to have returned home refreshed. We hope to see you again and felt very, very comfortable here in September 2018.

A very beautiful apartment. We would love to come back. The terrace is a dream and everything is arranged very lovingly. The only thing that might be missing is a microwave, but that is nitpicking at a very high level.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The kitchenware was sufficient, but a butter dish and saucers would be nice. Also, comfortable loungers for the balcony (2). The existing wooden loungers are not manageable for seniors. The seating on the balcony, aside from the beach chair and chairs, is not very comfortable. But we would rent the apartment again anytime.

We were very satisfied with the apartment itself. The terraces are very large, a bit oversized for two people. Two loungers would be great, as the existing terrace furniture was somewhat impractical. It is also uncomfortable in the wind. Otherwise, everything you need is available. We also liked the design of the apartment. We can recommend this apartment to other holidaymakers.

There is nothing to criticize about the apartment. It is tastefully and practically furnished. We felt comfortable right away. We had a lot of sunshine and, thanks to the terrace and the balcony, we could spend a lot of time outside, even when we weren't at the beach. It was a shame that on the beautiful terrace there were only seating furniture. Last year, I had suggested that it would be nice if there were foldable lounge chairs. That would make the vacation perfect. Maybe the requirements for the wicker furniture should be renewed again. We have reserved the apartment for 2023, although we were surprised by the significant price increase in June.

The apartment delivers what it promises. Especially in summer, with the large terrace and the view, the vacation is certainly a lot of fun. What is missing is a microwave. The size of the rooms is sufficient for a vacation apartment. The kitchen is small. This is particularly noticeable with the very small dish drying rack when washing dishes by hand.

Those who want to escape the hustle and bustle in Kühlungsborn or Warnemünde will find themselves very well accommodated here and still very close to the hotspots.

Great location with plenty of peace and a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea. Excursion destinations for both BIG and SMALL are quickly reachable. Overall, a relaxing and beautiful vacation, recommendable for families and couples. We are happy to come back and hope that Börgerende retains the charm of the past years.

We felt comfortable and greatly enjoyed the view from the rooftop terrace over the sea and landscape. The beautiful holiday apartment certainly comes at a price. We had booked the laundry package as well. The reception felt a bit sobering, especially after a stressful journey when we had to make all the beds ourselves. We hadn't experienced that in this category of apartment before.

Then, like everywhere in the world, one needs the luck of finding the weather one likes .... .... then there is no reason not to feel rejuvenated upon returning home.
