The apartment has all the important everyday items, and the price is really great. The location is a dream, and the staff member was very, very friendly. For four people, the space is cramped, but it is quite tolerable for a manageable short stay.

The holiday apartment is very nicely located with a great view of the sea. It is to be criticized that the small room has no window at all and it is very stuffy for sleeping. Thus, our grandson slept in our bed. It would also be nice if there were a few games in the apartment, which would save buying or bringing them. In the kitchen, there were small things missing that would make life easier, such as a potato masher... I cooked several times. All in all, the stay was pleasant. Quiet location and quick to the sea. Ideal for families with children.

The vacation apartment No. 18 is modernly furnished. Sea view, 50 m from the beach. Everything you need is available. Heiligendamm is special. You are right here if you seek peace. Unfortunately, there is hardly any tourist infrastructure, not even a bakery. The Swan Bistro in the house is excellent for that. All in all, a great vacation. Beach, sea, cycling.

The vacation apartment is very comfortably and cozily furnished. Great view of the sea, but unfortunately in September, due to the northern location, there was no sun left to enjoy on the balcony. The Lindenpalais is overall very accessible for people with disabilities. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. The food options in the immediate vicinity (on foot) are very limited = none, and in Börgerende-Rethwisch (the nearest dining option), the prices are quite high!

What I missed in Heiligendamm was at least a bakery on site where you could stock up on fresh rolls or bread early in the morning. Especially as a vacation rental tenant, that would have been nice. For every necessary shopping trip, you always had to drive at least 5 km. Otherwise, a place where you can also relax and unwind. Wasn't as crowded before Easter as, for example, in Kühlungsborn.

It was a quiet holiday as desired. The accommodation was super clean, well equipped and had enough space for everyone. A window in the 2nd bedroom is probably only missing in summer. The location is perfect, the Baltic Sea and the starry sky are visible from the bed! Only the car did not fit in the parking garage(2m).

We had a very nice flat with sea view. It was very clean and furnished to a high standard. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed a beautiful view of the sea from both the living room and the bedroom. The wonderful, very wide box spring bed guarantees a restful sleep even if you have back problems. A large wardrobe in the bedroom offers generous storage space for clothes etc. Three TV sets (living room and in both bedrooms) is also not common. We also found the floor-to-ceiling, spacious shower very pleasant. The whole flat is very well thought out, someone has really made an effort to make everything as pleasant as possible. We would book here again at any time.
