Wer Ruhe sucht und Ostsee „pur“ ist hier genau richtig. Es gilt zu beachten : Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Lebens nur in Bad Doberan möglich.

Eine sehr schöne moderne Wohnung. Ein Nachteil, der zweite Schlafraum war ohne Fenster. Der Raum war somit bisschen stickig. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Tagsüber immer ein Blick auf die Ostsee, nachts Erholung in ruhiger Umgebung. Was will man mehr. Der TV im Wohnzimmer ist etwas zu groß für die Entfernung zum Sofa/ den Sesseln ;-)

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah zum Meer und ist sehr schön gestaltet. Alles ist auf dem neuesten Stand. Einzig der Handy Empfang könnte besser sein im Gebäude. LG

What I missed in Heiligendamm was at least a bakery on site where you could stock up on fresh rolls or bread early in the morning. Especially as a vacation rental tenant, that would have been nice. For every necessary shopping trip, you always had to drive at least 5 km. Otherwise, a place where you can also relax and unwind. Wasn't as crowded before Easter as, for example, in Kühlungsborn.

Great accommodation. We are for the second time in this property. Simply completely satisfied. From the reception at the office to the underground car park up to the room. Simply top and very well maintained. We will book this property again and again for Heiligendamm.

Always happy to come back. It's just great. The location alone is fantastic. With a bike, both directions are super great. Quiet and not too crowded. Great place to relax. The café downstairs is also highly recommended.

A beautiful complex, right by the sea, a great flat, to feel good, even in the winter months. The Swan Café in the house is great. Unfortunately, there are no shops in the village and hardly any restaurants, at least at this time of year.

The apartment is very comfortable and cosy. Great view of the sea, but in September there was no sun on the balcony due to the northern location. The Lindenpalais is all in all very handicapped friendly. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come again. Many thanks also to the staff of the "Meer Fun" agency in the house for their great and quick service.

The apartment no. 18 is modernly furnished. Sea view, 50 m from the beach. Everything you need is available. Heiligendamm is special. You are right here if you are looking for peace and quiet. Unfortunately, there is hardly any tourist infrastructure, not even a bakery. The Swan Bistro in the house is excellent. All in all, a great holiday. Beach, sea, cycling.

The flat has all the essentials for everyday use, and the price is really great. The location is a dream and the staff was very friendly. There is not much room for four people, but it is tolerable for a short stay.

The flat is beautifully located with a great view of the sea. The room is small, there is no window at all and it is very stuffy to sleep in. Our grandson slept in our bed with us. It would also be nice if there were a few games in the flat, so you don't have to buy them or bring them with you. The kitchen lacked little things that would make life easier, such as a potato masher....have cooked several times. All in all, the stay was pleasant. Quiet location and quick to the sea. Ideal for families with children.

A very nice, modern and clean holiday complex directly on the beach of Heiligendamm. The flat is in perfect condition, everything sufficiently available and everything very new, clean, etc.. We will miss the view of the Baltic Sea very much. We can highly recommend the flat to everyone and will definitely spend our holidays in the complex again. We would like to emphasise the friendliness and helpfulness at the reception.

It was a quiet holiday as desired. The accommodation was super clean, well equipped and had enough space for everyone. A window in the 2nd bedroom is probably only missing in summer. The location is perfect, the Baltic Sea and the starry sky are visible from the bed! Only the car did not fit in the parking garage(2m).

We had a very nice flat with sea view. It was very clean and furnished to a high standard. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed a beautiful view of the sea from both the living room and the bedroom. The wonderful, very wide box spring bed guarantees a restful sleep even if you have back problems. A large wardrobe in the bedroom offers generous storage space for clothes etc. Three TV sets (living room and in both bedrooms) is also not common. We also found the floor-to-ceiling, spacious shower very pleasant. The whole flat is very well thought out, someone has really made an effort to make everything as pleasant as possible. We would book here again at any time.

The flat corresponds absolutely to the description. The location of the Linden-Palais is very well suited for a quiet relaxation from everyday life as there is no mass tourism. The view of the Baltic Sea from the living room/balcony and bedroom make you feel completely at ease. Shopping facilities are only a few kilometres away by car.
