The holiday apartment 16 in the Lindenpalais was very much to our liking. There is nothing to criticize about the equipment and the furnishings of the kitchen. The catering and shopping options could be improved. Otherwise, there is nothing against a return stay at the Lindenpalais.

A very beautiful property in a top location on the beach of Heiligendamm. The apartment is modernly furnished and practically equipped. An ideal place for anyone who wants to enjoy the sea in peace. A very favorable starting point for hikes to Kühlungsborn and Bad Doberan (for the return trip, we recommend a ride on the historic train "Molli"). The café on the ground floor of the residential complex is also worth several visits.

Our vacation in Heiligendam was excellent. The holiday apartment was top-notch; the only criticism we have is that there were no dark curtains, our granddaughter and I woke up very early. We would love to come back. Best regards.

Price and performance were really good. The one star off... For me personally, the bed was a bit too hard for my back, and the faux leather sofa was a bit uncomfortable... However, I can recommend everything with a clear conscience... We have now been there for the 6th consecutive year and would always love to come back...

In this super-equipped cozy apartment, you can spend relaxing holidays at any time of the year. The location directly by the sea and also directly by the forest is ideal. From the balcony, there is a wonderful view of the sea, and the car is safely and dry in the underground garage. The staff at Meerfun are very friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend the accommodation.

The apartment is very nicely arranged. The walk-in shower is also an advantage. The selection of bedding (different comforters and pillows) was great. There was nothing to criticize about the interior design. The televisions were first-class. However, the use of the media library was not possible. The view of the Baltic Sea was also excellent. The underground garage was very clean and bright. A lockable bike storage room was available, but it was also very sought after.

The holiday apartment is modernly equipped. The glass door between the bedroom and the living area makes the apartment seem larger. The view of the sea is fantastic. In the evening, you can hear the sound of the ocean while in bed. The balcony is nice and large and very cozy. We are fans of Linden-Palais and its location. The proximity to the beach is great. If you forget something at the beach, you can quickly grab it or have lunch or coffee in the room in between. The only "drawback" of the place is that there is no bakery and no supermarket. But Bad Doberan is not far away, where there is everything. For us, the quiet location is more important. We have been here for the 2nd time and the next holiday is already booked. The price for the holiday apartment with sea view is unbeatable. :-)

Class accommodation! Even on rainy days, you can enjoy a great view of the sea here. We often used the snack bar right outside the door. The playground in front is great, and with 1.5-year-old twins, we had plenty of space. High chairs were provided for us. We used the terrace every morning and evening. We will be back!

The apartment is great. It lacks nothing. However, one downside is the much too small bicycle storage! Especially in the summer!

Apartment 16 is located on the first floor with a balcony and sea view. The apartment is fully equipped with dishes and everything you need. There are now also insect screens and blackout blinds installed. According to older reviews, this didn't seem to be the case before. All in all, the Linden-Palais is a great holiday property, but one must expect heavy traffic in front of the building during the day. The street is relatively narrow, and caution is required when leaving the underground garage (cyclists and cross traffic).

We were in apartment 16 for the New Year's transition of 2019/2020, and we really enjoyed it. Very good amenities, spacious apartment, great location, and wonderful sea view; nothing was lacking. Service and logistics (parking) were attentive and friendly. The need to take care of breakfast rolls and other groceries in Bad Doberan or Kühlungsborn in a timely manner does not detract from the overall impression. Thank you, we can only recommend a stay here for the New Year.

Apartment 16, located on the 1st floor of the Lindenpalais with a sea view, offers us everything we wish for as a family. Since we enjoy self-catering, we greatly appreciate the extensive kitchen equipment. A high chair is already available in the storage room, and another charming detail is the children's cutlery. The playground right in front of the palace, the Baltic Sea, no more than 50 meters away, and also the kiosk nearby (coffee, ice cream, sausages, fish) are the highlights that keep drawing us back here.

It was very beautiful at the Linden Palace as always. Unfortunately, this apartment lacked insect protection! That was very unfortunate. We'll be coming back next year.

An apartment where you immediately feel comfortable and the view of the Baltic Sea is beautiful. On the balcony you can relax comfortably on the sun loungers, it is not visible due to the small wall, unless you sit at the table directly in front of the railing. The toilet is separate, the bathroom is small but sufficient. The contact persons are in the house and all very nice. In 2 minutes you are on the promenade and can walk to the left and right for a long time, either on the top or on the beach. The guest tour is also recommended. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the Molli train. There are several good restaurants nearby and you can also have a delicious meal in the Schwanenbistro in the house.

If you want a quiet holiday, this is the place for you. We had breakfast on the balcony every morning. The magnificent view of the sea is simply regal. The flat has everything you need.
