This apartment is very well thought out and furnished with great attention to detail. The terrace is a dream, and the underground garage is very practical. The perfect vacation apartment for 2 people! The description of the apartment including the surroundings is extensive and consistent. Our expectations were still exceeded. The building and apartment are very high-quality and tastefully furnished - nothing is missing to spend a very nice feel-good holiday. Short walk to a very beautiful beach and beach promenade. The Swancafé in the building offers breakfast and a small but very fine menu, as well as excellent homemade cakes, ice cream sundaes, and a variety of drinks... A bit disturbing is the large parking lot directly across and the considerable car traffic on the street in front of the building. At night, however, there is absolute silence.

The perfectly furnished apartment, with great attention to detail and care, featuring a lake view from the oversized terrace, is the perfect place for a quiet vacation, to switch off, relax, and focus on oneself (and the partner) - if that's what you're looking for, you've come to the right place. And as a change, you can always take a trip to Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn, or Warnemünde. But then quickly back to the cozy apartment, where nothing is missing. Therefore always worth a recommendation.

Very high-quality, tastefully furnished apartment. Great view from all windows and the huge, also generously furnished, terrace of the sea and villas of Classicism. We arrived and felt at home. Everything very clean and well-maintained. It is only a few meters to the sea. At night you can hear it rustling. Wonderful! There is a promenade towards the pier past the villas of the pearl chain and the Grand Hotel. Unfortunately, the villas have not all been renovated yet, but this also has its charm. In the other direction, you can walk 4 km along the sea to the neighboring town of Börgerende. Natural surroundings! Exactly the right place to relax. If you need more hustle and bustle, you can drive to the nearby Kühlungsborn or Bad Doberan. Wismar and Rostock are also not far away. The apartment is refreshingly bright and very well equipped. The balcony facing the street is very large and not visible from the outside. It offers plenty of quiet space and a great sea view. Somewhat disturbing are the many buzzing cars that are vying for parking spaces as well as the lawn mowers. This is because the gentlemen unnecessarily trim a large part of the lawn with high-revving string trimmers instead of using modern, quieter hand-operated lawn mowers. However, the owners cannot do anything about this, and it does not happen daily. The on-site support by Meer [&] Fun is excellent. Unfortunately, one searches in Heiligendamm in vain for shops. A daily bread roll service is possible (Schwanen Bistro in the house), but unfortunately only from 10:00 AM. The price-performance ratio in 2017 was good. We consider the price increase (20%) for 2018 to be excessive, given what the immediate surroundings have to offer. Regardless of the price increase, we can still recommend the apartment.

Heiligendamm is breathtakingly beautiful and invites relaxation and unwinding... Our very modern and tastefully furnished penthouse***** was simply brilliant. The huge terrace with a direct view of the Baltic Sea, the upscale amenities, the underground parking with a separate parking space directly in the residential building, the beach right outside the door, and a very pleasant service from the Meer Fun Team left no wishes unfulfilled. We really enjoyed our time here very, very much. It was simply breathtakingly beautiful. :-)

The vacation in this holiday apartment is a hit, as you take many beautiful memories with you. Having breakfast on the huge terrace in the morning with a wonderful view of the lake is really nice. The technology in this apartment is state-of-the-art; we had never experienced anything like it in any other holiday apartment. (E.g., induction stove, two televisions, two coffee machines, the access points to the terrace with fly screens, all blinds are electric, and the shower is on the same level.)

A beautiful apartment that is very tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. The kitchen amenities are very extensive, nothing is missing. Starting from dishes to glasses, pots and pans, everything is of very high quality and, above all, very plentiful. The huge rooftop terrace is a hit. The beds also guarantee a pleasant sleep. The bathroom scores points with the very spacious, walk-in shower. The countertop space at the sink is more than sufficient. The base cabinets also offer an enormous amount of storage space. It's also worth mentioning the many hooks where you can briefly "park" a piece of clothing, which is often missing in vacation apartments. We felt completely satisfied and can recommend this gem without reservation.

We felt very comfortable and can recommend the Linden-Palais Apartment 34 to everyone. The beautiful large balcony with high-quality teak furniture invites you to linger. Even when lying on the sunbed, you have a great view of the sea; it couldn't be better. We returned home relaxed, would have liked to stay longer, but work is waiting for us too :-) We would even give more than 5 stars***** if we could. Additional plus points: Parking space in the underground garage, electric exterior blinds, fly screens in front of the doors, good beds, great kitchen and living room. Here, you lack NOTHING... except a new vacuum cleaner :-). Easy check-in even after 5 PM. If we were to vacation in Heiligendamm again, we would book this accommodation (NOT any other apartment) again.
