The house is very clean and well-maintained. The first impression of the apartment is: oh how beautiful! This was confirmed with the second impression as well. The apartment is very nicely furnished with loving details. Everything is modern and tastefully designed. The quality of the furniture is not the highest, but I don't expect that from a vacation apartment. We were lucky to stay on the top floor. There is a rooftop terrace that runs around half of the house. If one wishes, there is sun from early to late. The location of the apartment is good. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Unfortunately, there is not much going on in the village. However, those seeking peace are well accommodated here. And with the car, one can explore many sights in the nearby area. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

The handover of the apartment keys and spa cards was extremely uncomplicated and friendly. Great for the start of the vacation! The apartment delighted us from the very beginning. Clean, bright, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday is available. The large sliding doors and the terraces were particularly wonderful. Unfortunately, a little bit noisy due to the street side (hence the good rating for the location). The shopping options that are not available in Heiligendamm can be found wonderfully in Bad Doberan. Nowadays, it's no problem at all with the car or bike. The apartment is highly recommended!! We will definitely come back! Thanks to the entire Sea and Fun team!!

We were already in the apartment for the second time. A beautifully situated apartment in Heiligendamm with a view of the sea, even though the Grand Hotel is still in front of it. You are close to the train station, and a ride on the Molli is a must. The amenities are very good.

We were guests in apartment No. 16 from July 1 to July 19, 2023. The layout of this vacation rental and the interior design are quite functional. The arrangement of the two terraces is oriented towards the east and west. This ensures that you can enjoy sunshine throughout the day. However, the Wi-Fi access with the hotspots is problematic; it needs to be restarted constantly. In general, we can recommend this accommodation.

A truly lovingly furnished holiday apartment with all the comfort one can imagine for a holiday apartment. We really enjoyed starting the day with a great breakfast on one of the two roof terraces.

In the meantime, almost every year we book holiday apartments with Meerfun. The apartments were all excellent in location and equipment. The service was also very good, so we will definitely come back when we head to the Baltic Sea.

Cozy vacation apartment with a large roof terrace. No lake view, but a view of the Molten train station and greenery. It is located directly on the access road to Heiligendamm before the level crossing, yet surprisingly quiet - simply because of little traffic. The amenities are okay, although over the years the dishware has become increasingly mismatched. The main bedroom has now been furnished with a comfortable box spring bed. The dishwasher has also been renewed. Parking right behind the house is, however, a bit tight. All in all, a nice vacation apartment where one can also feel comfortable for a longer stay.

We traveled as a group of three and were very satisfied with our choice of accommodation. Unfortunately, one terrace was not accessible from the living room—the terrace door was defective. Luckily, this apartment still had another terrace for us. It was very cozy to sit there.

The apartment with the roof terrace was very good. The only thing I would like to mention is that in one bedroom, there is hardly any space to get by due to the closet.

The vacation apartment is nicely located, very tastefully and well-furnished. There is nothing lacking in the amenities. The only point of criticism is the size of the dining table – it is too small for more than 2 people.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. Everything you need is there. However, with so much praise, I must point out that the frying pan urgently needs to be replaced. The bottom is so round that frying no longer works. But of course, these are just minor issues and can be quickly resolved.

We found the dining table for 4 people too small; a larger table would be more comfortable and better for playing a card game together, for example. The apartment is very nicely furnished and is wonderfully located near the beach, which can be reached in a 10-minute walk. We were there in winter, and on a nice day, two large rooftop terraces invite you to enjoy. We were there as 4 people, including 2 teenagers.

The pictures delivered on their promise. We felt comfortable from the very first moment. The apartment is tastefully and high-quality furnished and decorated with pretty decor. The garden loungers are very comfortable. Overall... it was lovely! Thank you to the owners, we lacked nothing.

Very beautiful, quiet, and stylishly furnished holiday apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. If anything is missing, MeerFun will immediately make amends. Great, secluded rooftop terrace with sun loungers. Everything is quite new and clean. The beach and Mollibahnhof are very easily reachable on foot. Only the sea view is missing. Absolutely recommendable.
