The lower apartment was super modernly furnished, and with the rooftop terrace, we had a great view; we could even see the Baltic Sea. The location was very nice and quiet, and it was quiet in the house as well. All in all, a lovely stay; I would travel with Meer Fun again. One downside was that we had to be careful that no animals were allowed, and when we aired out the place, we ended up with the neighbor's dog in the apartment. Since we have a pet hair allergy, this encounter was less pleasant. But I think that was probably a one-time thing, and I’ll turn a blind eye again. Best regards, the Pless family

A great short vacation in a very excellent apartment is behind us. We are completely thrilled. The rooftop terraces were really great and the beds with the pillow selection (where else do you have a pillow selection?) were very comfortable. Everything was very clean and modernly furnished. Even our children (11 and 14) loved it! We would love to come back soon.

The apartment is very well equipped, was very clean, and without technical defects. A sunshade on the balcony/terrace would be optimal. The parking spaces at the house are really very tight/narrow.

The apartment is excellent for families with 2 children. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. We felt very comfortable. Sunbathing on the terrace was even possible at temperatures of 10 degrees because the surrounding wall is built and no wind disturbed.

Very tastefully furnished holiday apartment, where nothing is missing. The location in the midst of the "green lung" and the proximity to the sea as well as the beach, combined with the excellent service from "Meerfun," make the stay a relaxing experience.

Hell, friendly and modernly furnished. Very very tidy and very clean. With a view of the forest and far in the back even the Baltic Sea. After 8 PM, so few cars pass by that it is simply quiet, wonderful.

There was one drawback, which was that we had to ensure that no animals were allowed, but while ventilating, we accidentally had the neighbor's dog in the apartment. Very nice holiday apartment in a quiet location, two great rooftop terraces, apartment in very good condition, everything quite new. We also thought the elevator in the building and the bike cellar were great, as the bikes were always safe and dry there.

The apartment is simply great. With the 2 terraces facing east and west, it's a dream at any time of day. We also had wonderful weather and were able to enjoy it.

We felt very comfortable. The house is very well maintained. The apartment is modern and lovingly furnished and well equipped. There are two balconies, one with a sea view. Our children were delighted with the loft bed in the children's room. The sea and the Molli train station are within walking distance. For shopping, you have to go to the neighboring Bad Doberan. Parking in the designated parking space for the apartment can sometimes be a challenge with a large car, especially when the adjacent parking spaces are occupied. We had a wonderful stay and are happy to recommend the apartment.

We had a nice, relaxed time in Heiligendamm. There isn't much going on in the town itself. A few restaurants with high prices, no shopping options, but a lovely quiet beach. The place is ideal for cycling. We made nice trips to Rostock, Kühlungsborn, and Warnemünde. The vacation apartment was very clean and equipped with everything one needs. It would have been nice if the beds had already been made upon arrival. The parking spaces in front of the house take some getting used to. It is difficult to park with large cars. Since the facility was not fully booked, we could choose a different parking space than the one assigned to the apartment in agreement. Therefore, it worked out! We would love to come back!

The location and the two large terraces of this apartment are unbeatable!! We were also satisfied with the amenities. We vacationed for the second time in the Residenz von Flotow and can only recommend this house. Unfortunately, the apartment was a bit dusty, and there were no cushions for the terrace chairs.

The apartment is modernly furnished and has a beautiful rooftop terrace, which we used extensively. However, what could be useful is sun protection on all windows. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied.
