Our expectations for the apartment were met. The plan was to spend a few days by the lake, with indoor stays limited to the nights and breakfast. For the latter, a small balcony would have been nice, but that was not mentioned in the web presentation. Otherwise, everything was clean and tidy, with sufficient comfort for our purposes. The apartment is actually only suitable for 2 people, maybe with a small child. Too small for 3 adults! Recommendation to everyone who really just wants to stay overnight. PS: This review explicitly does not apply to the apartment that was offered to us as an extension for 3 days in Bastorf. But there will definitely be a separate review for that.

In particular, the kitchen offers far more than one is used to from other vacation rentals. A variety of dishes, tea lights and candles, a lighter, and even a cake server could be found. Everything I could need to enjoy my time at the Baltic Sea in November was there. And on top of that, the bakery for fresh rolls in the morning is right at the door.

The apartment is very beautiful! The decor is tasteful and fully furnished. Everything you need for a pleasant stay is there. We enjoyed the stunning view of the Baltic Sea every day. The beach can be reached in five minutes. The bakery is right next door, and nice restaurants are also quickly accessible. You can take wonderful walks along the promenade. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back!

The apartment is ideal for 2 people and gives very little reason for criticism. Rooms are very tastefully furnished. However, sometimes it is small details that lead to an overall impression of "good" instead of "very good." For example, individual cutlery pieces with rust spots, the usual dirt in the egg cooker, which can be avoided with simple vinegar cleaning.
