Beautiful central apartment in Kühlungsborn West. We (2 people) felt very comfortable during the week and can only recommend the apartment. The only thing that bothered us was the slow and occasionally temporarily interrupted internet connection. But that is really the only and not so significant point of criticism. We understood the roadworks being carried out in the area during this time.

We (4 people) felt very comfortable in the apartment; certainly a bit cramped for a three-week vacation, but quite sufficient for our Easter holiday. It was important for the children that they could use the Wi-Fi during our stay. All in all, a successful short vacation in a pleasant atmosphere.

The beachside location amidst well-maintained green areas is excellent, the furnishings of the apartment cozy and stylish without much frills. The small bookshelf is nice; I would recommend more books about Kühlungsborn and the region. A selection of hiking and cycling maps would also be good. However, this is my personal opinion as a book lover, nature enthusiast, and passionate hiker. On the other hand, the television in the bedroom was too much for me; I truly do not need that. The balcony is a bit narrow, but very suitable for a cozy breakfast or dinner for two. A bakery is very close by (3 minutes) and a grocery store for daily supplies (5 minutes), otherwise there are numerous restaurants anyway. The kitchen is also very well equipped for self-catering. We felt very comfortable in the vacation apartment. One point of criticism: Not for us, but for older or physically impaired people, the shower is unusually high. This should be communicated in advance. A second critical note concerns the parking situation. The difficult entrance was communicated very well in the office, but it remains a challenge nonetheless. Overall, it is worth recommending.

The location is great, the beach promenade is just 50 m away. It's only a 2-minute walk to Lidl, and the shopping street with many stores is right behind it. Many restaurants are also within a short distance. The location of the apartment in the building is very nice, ground floor, with windows and a balcony facing the park side, thus with a view. The balcony is very long, but quite narrow. After previously bad experiences with too narrow parking spaces and spots in underground garages, the parking space that belongs to this apartment is a blessing. We felt very comfortable.

We had a few nice days in apartment 16. The location is really perfect. Close to the beach, bakery, supermarket, and still nice and quiet. The pull-out sofa was great to sleep on, which is not always to be expected. The only thing that was really a shame was the Wi-Fi. Welcome to the '90s! Maybe it would be a good idea to get routers for the individual apartments. I can't explain it any other way than that in the evenings the internet hardly worked at all, while in the mornings at 6 you could even stream. It is really outdated that you can't even listen to the radio over the internet because the connection is so bad. I've never experienced anything like this in any accommodation before. Yes, I know, upon arrival one is informed that the provision of Wi-Fi is an additional service that does not entitle one to a reduction in rent, but perhaps one should reconsider whether to take measures that lead to an improvement. It is 2021! Our children are not familiar with such poor reception at all, and we travel a lot, even to significantly more rural areas. Otherwise, nice staff, a small welcome box for the children, and a selection of games available!

The location of the apartment is great. Especially great is the parking space per apartment. Everything you need was there. One might consider installing blackout curtains in the living area, otherwise, you can't sleep there for long. The mattresses in the bedroom could also be replaced. But still, we had a fantastic vacation and will come back.
