The apartment HaP 37 is by far the best we have had so far, combining sea view and HaP. Although sea view is still ahead due to its better location. What makes us wonder is when we are supposed to clean the kitchen, the dishwasher should be empty and clean, the apartment should be swept and vacuumed, and the beds are made anyway... Why then 60 euros for a basic cleaning? There isn't much left...

We felt very comfortable in the vacation apartment; it is great in terms of location and also in terms of amenities. The only thing I would criticize, which didn't bother us since we were there in the fall and only for 4 nights, is the lack of a microwave or an oven and that the balcony is very narrow. It is not suitable for outdoor dining in the summer. But otherwise, a very nice modern vacation apartment in a great house in an absolutely top location. I can only recommend it.

My wife and I really enjoyed it. Despite the cold season, there was a lot to discover in Kühlungsborn. Once we returned to the apartment, we missed nothing. We felt at home! Super accommodation! A little tip: The Italian restaurant in the small pedestrian zone in front of the apartment makes top-notch pizzas from the stone oven. It makes sense to reserve in advance...

We have been booking holiday apartments at Haus am Park or Meeresblick in Kühlungsborn West for 15 years. The location is great and the apartments are very well equipped. Unfortunately, the Meer und Fun office is no longer in West, so getting the key has become more of a hassle. The team is very nice, though, and this year they sent us a forgotten battery charger for the e-bike within 4 days.

The apartment is excellently equipped and has a very good location. The "House by the Park" looks very well-maintained from the outside. A parking space and a bicycle cellar belong to each apartment. The beach is practically right outside the door. You can take bike tours on good paths in all directions: towards Warnemünde in the east via Heiligendamm and towards Rerik in the west. The minster in Ribnitz Damgarten is worth seeing! Kühlungsborn is definitely a beautiful place for a stay in summer as well as in winter.

We spent a few days in Kühlungsborn over Easter and had a wonderful vacation! The location is unbeatable. The bakery is just around the corner and you can already see the sea from the balcony. You are at the beach in 1 minute and directly at the promenade. A supermarket is reachable in less than 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is tastefully and modernly furnished. We also didn't lack anything in terms of amenities. We were surprised at how quiet it was there, even though the house has several residential units. We will definitely spend a holiday there again.

The location is very optimal, as you can reach the promenade and the water in a few minutes. Everything you need is also nearby (bakery, Lidl, restaurants).
