A beautiful, lovingly furnished apartment right on the beach. We were very pleased with the many practical amenities; there was even a blender. Every day breakfast on the balcony, which was just right for the two of us. Dachshund Bruno was also welcome and liked to lie on the cool tiles. They are, by the way, beautiful and give the whole apartment a very maritime flair. The beautiful extra cabinet in the living area, which was overall beautifully furnished in white, also had extras ready: We drank our morning juice very lavishly from champagne glasses. Water daily from beautiful wine glasses - so if someone wanted to drink alcohol, it was wonderfully appropriate here. The curtains kept the daytime heat relatively well outside, and the light was definitely sufficient for us to sleep longer. The mattresses are firm but not hard, allergy-friendly, just like the bedding. Fire doors are installed throughout the building, which are very heavy, but safety comes first. The entrance area, which leads directly into the kitchen, is a bit narrow. But it can be managed well. From the ground floor with easy access via the parking deck to the balcony, we were cautious with the nighttime airing out - although no one would have likely stolen from us (or would have quickly returned it). We didn't have much service, but the people at the key pickup are very friendly, and there is also a small starter package with dishwasher tabs, dishcloths, and dish soap for the first few days. I thought that was quite nice. The reception, which is not responsible for this apartment, was always very friendly and open. And dachshund Bruno always got a treat. He thought that was great. Being able to park directly in the building was also super. Directly connected to the garage is a sufficiently large and well-maintained garbage area, where you could dispose of everything usual (unless you are a bookseller named Joe) except for glass bottles. Oh, there is also a nice sauna area. Because we were blessed with great weather, we let this slip through our fingers. But I took a look at it and was amazed by the size and the two! Saunas plus a steam sauna! And we could have done laundry too, but I didn't check that out. We would stay there again if we wanted to go back to Kühlungsborn and would love less variety. Definitely recommended, from our perspective.

Everything is great. Except for the noise level at the festivals in the tent on the festival grounds.

The apartment is very centrally located to the beach and the town center. Almost everything needed for a vacation is available in the apartment. The kitchen only lacks a few hooks for hanging dish towels. A cosmetic mirror would be very welcome in the bathroom, as the distance to the wall mirror is very large. The beds are very low. In an apartment where dogs are allowed, there should be no carpets.
