We were very satisfied with the apartment, everything was perfect. Also, the location of the apartment is great, just across the street and already at the promenade or in the other direction immediately in the city forest. We do have one suggestion for the apartment: to additionally protect the windows on the west side (balcony) with blinds or opaque curtains against sunlight. It gets very warm in the seating area in the late afternoon and evening, and the sun is glaring.

We had a wonderful family vacation. We will definitely book this apartment again. We felt very comfortable; the apartment was very clean and well furnished. The location is excellent for the sea. The town of Kühlungsborn also contributes a lot. Very good restaurants and cafés, one enjoys strolling around and is warmly welcomed everywhere. We were here for the second time this year. The apartment is very nice, it has everything you need. Meanwhile, there is also Wi-Fi ;-) It's also very nice that there is a small swimming pool in this complex. The way to the beach is not far... however, it is a bit "boring" in Kühlungsborn West than in East, there is simply more going on. It would be nice if a privacy/sun protection could be installed in the living room of the vacation apartment, as it is very uncomfortable when the hot sun shines in all afternoon and heats up the apartment. And when it gets dark, and you have the light on, everyone can see in.

The location of the holiday apartment on Ostseeallee is very good: You cross the (little trafficked and traffic-calmed) road, then a few meters under trees and you are at the beach promenade, between beach access points 14 (dog beach!) and 15. There you can rent beach chairs. The apartment itself is functionally furnished and has everything you need - see description on the internet. Because there are several buildings with vacation apartments on the premises, it can get a bit louder in the evenings for a short time when guests come home or from the very good indoor pool - but no problem and not a real drawback.

I hadn't noticed that you have to book the towels separately. I would have done that. It's a shame that after a long journey you still have to make the beds yourself. Even the booking, both online and by phone, was fun - a professional web design, clear, understandable, and not pretentious, as well as helpful, friendly phone support at Meer Fun made a more than pleasant impression. The apartment 1/22 was immediately impressive - in our eyes warm, modern, tasteful, and completely equipped down to the smallest detail, a generously large bathroom, a great kitchen with everything a cook desires, even the fine red wine glasses for later hours are available :-) - so a big compliment. Electrical appliances are generously available, TV, radio, microwave, and so on... Very nice lighting by the way, I believe I counted 7 lamps in the living area alone. The kitchen and living area form a large space, which was not evident from the pictures - but we were definitely thrilled. Sliding door to the bedroom - a good space-saving solution. Swimming pool with great lighting effects from different lights included for free - wow!! I hope it shows that we would love to come back, we felt completely comfortable. Very, very beautiful and absolutely recommendable, therefore also gladly the full score!

Unfortunately, access to the swimming pool and fitness room is only possible via stairs. There is a lack of notice in the descriptions of the property Dünenschloss, as the holiday apartments are accessible via elevators.

The apartment is nicely furnished, with enough dishes available. There is plenty of storage space in the existing cabinets. The electric fireplace is a very nice idea for cool days. From the balcony, we had a side sea view... wonderful. The location is perfect... 1st row, just across the street and you're at the beach. There is a bakery in the building, and other bakeries and shops are reachable on foot. The small swimming pool, sauna, and gym are a nice change. The children were completely satisfied. Conclusion: highly recommended... we felt comfortable. And we will definitely come again.

We were very satisfied with the apartment; everything was perfect. The location of the apartment was also top-notch, just across the street and already at the promenade, or in the other direction, immediately in the city forest. We do have a suggestion for the apartment: to additionally protect the west-facing windows (balcony) from sun exposure with shades or blackout curtains. It gets very warm in the sitting area in the late afternoon and evening, and the sun is blinding.

Well-equipped apartment. It’s great that you can use the indoor pool, sauna, and fitness room. Right downstairs is a bakery, and in 2 minutes you are right at the water.

Super equipped apartment, thought of many little things (e.g. cutting board, many hooks in the bathroom, etc.), sufficiently large refrigerator with freezer compartment, well-equipped kitchen. Cozy atmosphere. Since the apartment had not been occupied before us, we were able to receive our keys earlier than 4:00 PM. Many thanks to the team for that. We also used the sauna and the swimming pool, which was great after a long bike tour. Bringing bicycles to the bike cellar was a bit difficult due to the many steps. Best location, just a few meters to the Baltic Sea. Many localities nearby. All in all, we felt very comfortable in the holiday resort.

Great location, you step out the door and have the beach right in front of you on one side and the forest on the other side... We can only recommend this holiday apartment, and it is saved in our records. We will definitely book it again. A very nicely furnished apartment, with a large balcony, very good beds, and a spacious bathroom. Ideally located, as you can reach the beach in a few minutes, and there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Since you can easily reach the apartment with an elevator, transporting all the items was no problem.

Our short stay (7 days) was a complete success (despite COVID). The holiday apartment Dünenschloss Apartment 1-22 also contributed to this. It was simply great for our expectations. However, it might be nice/feasible if the windows on the west side (living room and bedroom) could be darkened, and if there was a hand mixer in the kitchen equipment. Otherwise: Just TOP!!!

It would be nice to have a sunshade at the living room window. The sun shone into the living room from the afternoon until the evening sunset and was blinding. Therefore, our suggestion. Otherwise, we really liked it, especially the child loved the pool and the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the apartment is already rented for the next year during our vacation time, otherwise, we would have booked again right away.
