The location of the vacation apartment is superbly situated, right behind the city forest. Ideal for families with children and for walking to the beach or into the center. The furnishings of the apartment are completely sufficient. Everything you need is there. We traveled as a couple with a baby, and as mentioned, there is space for a baby bed in the bedroom. The terrace opens to the courtyard and invites you to linger in the evenings. A table tennis table and a pool bring a certain flair and can also be used. For the cold days, there is also a sauna in the pool area. For us, it was a super great vacation and we will definitely come back.

The location of the vacation apartment is good, the Baltic Sea can be reached in 15 minutes through a small forest. The entire facility is great, a few play equipment or a swing would be top. The pool is clean and in good condition.

The design of the old "farmstead" is particularly well done in the outdoor area. Very natural with a lot of greenery and rough cobblestones. The pool, which was cleaned multiple times every day, is also nice. The outdoor facilities are always well-maintained and were regularly cleaned. However, one won't get far on the beautiful, old cobblestones in high heels ;-). Additionally, there is a table tennis table, a barbecue area, a small playground, a bicycle shelter, and several bicycle racks on the premises. Each apartment has a parking space. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Our 36 sqm apartment was very compact but basically well-equipped. The bedroom was furnished with a wardrobe that offers enough space for 2 people and a 140cm wide bed (which might be a bit tight for 2 grown adults), a bedside shelf, and a chest of drawers. The bathroom was great in size and had 2 sinks. However, for me as a solid 100-kilo man, the shower could have been a little bigger. But there are no points deducted for that. The living room was also sufficiently large. The arrangement of the furniture (especially because of the view of the television) could perhaps have been done differently, so that two people can comfortably lie down on the sofa. The kitchen (actually more of a kitchenette) was well equipped with an induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, egg cooker, and sufficient dishes and cutlery. However, it is quite small, and two cooking zones do not exactly encourage cooking on-site. There is also a small terrace with 2 chairs and a table. However, like several terraces there, it is oriented towards the courtyard. Thus, everyone can see everyone. But I wouldn't necessarily rate that negatively. There is definitely a negative rating for the soundproofing of the apartments. However, that probably cannot be changed due to the construction method. Possibly. One could have considered during the renovation whether it makes sense to lead the outdoor wooden stairs for the upper apartments directly past the bedroom of the lower apartment. Conclusion: An aesthetically pleasing complex away from the hustle and bustle (but then consider the distance from the center or beach) with good amenities but minor, let's say structural, architectural flaws. Oh, by the way, the Molli train passes right by the pool. But only during the day. I found it romantic :-)

Absolutely recommendable. As depicted and very clean. Location a bit outside, but the walk to the city forest is refreshing. Only point of criticism, the host's gift "Meerfun" - a cleaning set in a gift box.

We were in apartment 08 "Auf den Höfen" for the third time and find the apartment ideal and beautifully furnished. The furniture is of high quality and the new kitchen is really a hit. Even we as seniors can reach the beach promenade, supermarket, bakery, and restaurants on foot, which is important to us. The facility with barbecue area, sauna, and pool makes a very well-kept impression. Especially the small terrace, which is used a lot in good weather. Thank you very much, and we will definitely come back often.

We were in the apartment 08 "Auf den Höfen" for the first time and felt very comfortable in this vacation rental. The apartment is furnished and equipped with attention to detail, in a quiet location with its own small terrace and cozy garden furniture. The beach promenade, supermarket, and bakery, as well as restaurants, are within walking distance, and the facility with barbecue area, sauna, and pool is very well maintained and invites you to linger in good weather. This is truly a beautiful facility with plenty of greenery. There is a shaded spot to sit under trees near the pool, and next to it, there is a sandbox for the little ones to play. The loungers around the pool are comfortable and sturdy. You can also set up an umbrella. The courtyard is pretty and very romantically designed. However, due to the cobblestones that contribute to this overall picture, there is also a risk of tripping. The paths to the beach, bakery, and shopping are quite far. We rented bikes from Ostseebike. This allowed us to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The apartment is nice and well-equipped. There is also a hairdryer. It should be mentioned for those with mobility restrictions that there are only 2 relatively high steps from the living area to the kitchen and the bedroom. The apartment is great for 2 people. I wouldn't accommodate more as the dining table is quite small. And the terrace only offers space for 2 people.

I was at the farms for the 4th time and find the facility beautiful because it is designed so close to nature. It is somewhat away from the tourist centers Kühlungsborn-East and -West and the beaches, but I took the shortcuts through the city forest and reached my destinations relatively quickly while also enjoying a nice walk. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything I needed to prepare a nice breakfast or other small meals. I also found everything I needed in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the mattress was not sagging, so I slept well. Since it was still cool outside, I was very pleased with the well-functioning heating. My conclusion: I once again had a very nice vacation here and can well imagine coming back once or maybe even several times.

I have already been to the farms for the 3rd time and felt completely comfortable again. Apartment No. 8 was well equipped with everything I needed. I was alone in the apartment, but I can imagine that 2 people with a child would also manage well. I missed one or two cushions on the chairs and on the sofa, but that was bearable and only slightly reduced the feeling of comfort. I enjoyed it so much again that I will definitely come back once more.

We spent a wonderful week here in the "Golden Autumn" and felt doubly comfortable in the Mediterranean atmosphere of the resort. Even the pool was still open due to the great weather. I really enjoyed the sunshine here while reading during the quiet lunch break. However, it will surely be a bit louder here during the summer months.

Super! The entire vacation "On the Farms" was great! Everything was clean and the equipment of the apartment was sufficient; unfortunately, there was no oven, but it wasn't necessarily needed. The swimming pool and barbecue area were awesome, where you could spend nice evenings together with the family.
