For us, everything was very positive. As a tip, we would like to note that for better cleanliness, a vacuum cleaner in the apartment would be highly recommended.

A very nice apartment, which is complemented by an excellent location. The beds were not sagging, and one could sleep excellently in them. And despite the central location on a busy street, no noise entered the apartment, rounding off the positive picture.

The holiday apartment is clean and functionally furnished. The entire complex has a cozy character due to the trees, paths, and the barbecue area. The pool area looks inviting. Unfortunately, the weather was too cold. Quiet location by the city forest. Supermarkets and restaurants are easily reachable on foot. Everything is easily and quickly accessible by bike. The tourist tax could also be improved with bus discounts.

The apartment is excellent for 2 people [a bit cramped for 4, as the bathroom upstairs becomes too small]. Well equipped and located very quietly. Price-performance is good. Definitely rent a bike as well. They can be parked well in the yard and are absolutely necessary. But combined with the bike, it was a top-notch vacation.

We felt very comfortable in this vacation apartment! The price-performance ratio is excellent: very lovingly furnished and equipped, quiet location by the city forest - if you cross it, you are directly at the beach promenade, supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance, and the facility "An den Höfen" with sauna and barbecue facilities is ideal for a relaxed Baltic Sea vacation. From the old building substance / courtyard structure, small cozy holiday apartments were created with winding inner courtyards, very beautiful and with a unique charm compared to typical new construction facilities!

Vacation apartment for 4 people well equipped, especially the kitchen. Deficiencies: 1) Flyscreen on the floor-to-ceiling window in the upper bedroom not properly installed (rattles in the wind, had to be placed in the room! The window door is very dirty. 2) Toilet seat is defective (wobbles). 3) Roof beams in the upper floor are very dusty, cobwebs in many corners of the rooms (wall-ceiling etc.). 4) Lock cylinder of the entrance door is hard to operate, needs maintenance (e.g. lock spray). 5) Door handles of the entrance and room doors do not return to the starting position (defective return springs).

The only limitation applies to the walls, which are very soundproof.

I wouldn't really recommend this accommodation for families with small children because the apartment is not close to the coast/city. It's easily accessible by bike. It was also fine for us on foot, but with small children, I would prefer to book something else. The facilities were very good; we didn't need anything else. Our apartment was also clean. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated, but our children still managed to overcome that ;-) Behind the grounds, Molli toots from time to time. Those who want to go to the beach often can rent bikes in Kühlungsborn.

The grounds of the facility "Auf den Höfen" have a southern flair, are very rustic, and therefore very inviting, making it a very beautiful alternative to other holiday resorts. Our grandchildren were very excited about the pool, and we all felt very comfortable. The city and beach were easily reachable on foot.

The couch looks bigger on the internet. A comfortable sitting/lying position is not possible. Too few storage spaces. The times for the washing machine were also off, and it's better to set it shorter... The pool/garden is amazing!!!
