The apartment is seemingly located on the main street, but due to its position in the second row, it is very quiet. The location is quite central. The beach can be reached in a 5-minute walk. The apartment is cozily furnished. On the balcony (1st floor), one can relax well in the evening sun. We really enjoyed it as a couple.

The vacation apartment is located in a great area; despite being close to the center/shopping street, it is quite quiet, and you don't notice the hustle and bustle or traffic. You can reach the beautiful sandy beach within a maximum of 10 minutes. The vacation apartments in the complex are very close to each other, but each apartment has its privacy. The only downside: the underground garage associated with the apartment is only permissible for a car height of up to 1.50 m. A station wagon or a family car (van, etc.) is not suitable. ) do not fit in and thus the underground garage cannot be used. This is unfortunately frustrating because the parking space is part of it. Therefore, one is left with no choice but to park the car in a nearby parking garage (weekly ticket about 50 euros). Free and available parking spaces in the area or nearby are unfortunately not available.

The holiday apartment was in very good condition. Only the Wi-Fi did not work, and there was hardly a quarter roll of toilet paper in the house. But that can happen. We will definitely come back.

The apartment was great, clean, and above all, the mattresses were so comfortable and clean (in hotels, the mattresses usually have real "maps"). The location was quiet. Only at the windows in the living area (balcony) a roller blind or a jalousette would be appropriate to keep out the afternoon and evening heat. The stove could be larger, and it would be nice if the indicator light for the small burner would also light up. But those are minor issues compared to the overall condition of the apartment. Overall, I can only recommend the apartment. And we will definitely book again.

The vacation apartment is cozy and comfortably furnished. From the balcony, you can see greenery. The apartment is away from the hustle and bustle. However, with just a few steps, you are in the life of Kühlungsborn. The apartment has two bedrooms, so children or grandchildren would have their own space. The parking space in the underground garage is a must. We would love to come back.

The underground garage is not suitable for all car brands, as the driveway is very steep and the parking spaces are only 1.50 m high. Unfortunately, the entire facility is also very cramped, making loading and unloading, especially for families with a bit more luggage, only possible on the main street. However, the location is very centrally located and also quiet. The support and service around is top-notch.

As last year (my last review is from August 11, 21), we felt very comfortable in the apartment again. The reception from Meerfun was, as always, friendly and uncomplicated (including at departure;). Some things were also renewed in the apartment last year. The way to the beach is short and nice to walk (10 minutes). There is also space for a station wagon in the underground garage (Opel Astra K Sports Tourer). Bicycles can be stored in the basement or outside on the premises (behind the house). The apartment is in the back house. The apartment is quiet and can also be kept cool in the summer. During our stay, the coffee machine broke but was replaced with a new one the next day. So... just like last year, we really enjoyed our summer holiday in the apartment! We will definitely come back :)

Please note, bed linen and towels must be booked separately. There is an underground garage (included in the price). However, only small cars can fit here. Unfortunately, the parking situation in Kühlungsborn is not visitor-friendly.
