This apartment has the advantage of a bathroom with a window and 2 bedrooms with windows facing outside and not like some other apartments towards the stairwell/courtyard. However, it lacks a balcony in nice weather. Still, a great apartment where we felt very comfortable.

Equipment very good, location great! In the bathroom, a privacy film would be better than the pleated blind. It would be brighter and could cover the entire window front, not just the bottom.

The house is well suited as accommodation. Clean and well furnished. Feeling comfortable is a must, and everything is within walking distance in the West and East. Only 1 problem: Room 115 has no Wi-Fi.

The House Sea View is located in Kühlungsborn West and we personally prefer it for living over the crowded Kühlungsborn East. The wide beach is reachable in 50 meters. All important shopping facilities and good restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The vacation apartment is very spacious and in a well-maintained condition. The kitchen inventory was sufficient but could be renewed or supplemented in one or two places.

The apartment's furnishings are great. Bathroom with a window. Kitchenette fully equipped. Building very modern and well-maintained. Bakery directly across the street, supermarket (Lidl) 3 minutes away. Apartment right by the beach. It doesn't get more ideal than this.

From picking up the keys to returning them, the short vacation was PERFECT!!! Apartment 115 is very lovingly furnished with maritime charm, equipped and arranged without missing anything... The apartment is very clean, kitchen appliances without defects, dishes, glasses, cutlery, stove, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, everything is available, plentiful, partly new, we were completely satisfied in our girls' group... The beds are perfectly comfortable and allowed us to sleep well... The mattresses are covered with mattress protector sheets. . . The windows are fitted with sun protection curtains, so the rooms do not overheat in summer. . . Super well-thought-out concept in apartment 115. . . We were immediately in relaxation mode upon entering the apartment. . . We will book this apartment again. . . Great advantage also the location opposite the sea, bakery Junge around the corner, the Ferris wheel 5 min walk, all restaurants nearby,,,, Super highlight is the green plant atrium in the middle of the house. . . Underground garage 41 lower deck, was a bit of an adjustment for me at first, but manageable to get the car in and out. . .

The apartment is very nice, it is very quiet and it is equipped with everything you need. The only thing we missed was a balcony. Otherwise, everything was great. Warning: ALWAYS carry the tourist tax card, otherwise fines can be imposed (at the beach).

We enjoyed it very much. The amenities were very good. What we noticed is that the description at the bottom about the underground parking is not entirely understandable. This caused problems with our tenants in holiday apartment 116. They thought we parked incorrectly in the underground garage. Otherwise, everything was very good and the support was great.
