Apartment 12 in the La Mer building is really very nice and well-equipped. The only things to mention are the missing elevator and the much too small storage room for the bicycles. On the positive side, there are two balconies, one of which is even large enough for four to six people.

The vacation apartment was really great. We felt very comfortable there. The terraces were super and large. Very clean, tidy. A bit too much furniture in the bedroom - table, armchair, the beds creaked like crazy - we removed them. The vacuum cleaner smelled when used - we then preferred the broom. All small things - actually not worth mentioning. We will come back and have already booked. :)

The holiday apartment is very close to the beach. The equipment is good; we could not find any deficiencies. Kitchen appliances and dishes are sufficiently available. We have booked this holiday apartment for 2 people for the third time now and would book it again. The location is very convenient for shopping opportunities, and the paths to the east or west side of Kühlungsborn are easily and quickly accessible. Local establishments are in immediate proximity. I would like to mention that there might be a need for a second or warmer blanket for winter, as the bedroom is quite cold in winter. For spring or summer, the existing blankets are completely sufficient.

There is nothing in this apartment or house that bothered us. We felt very comfortable and will definitely consider this house or your agency again when planning a vacation. What we were looking for were dish towels, which we have always had in other apartments. You don't run a dishwasher for just two knives, glasses, etc. Perhaps a note for the next tenants. We particularly like the good location, proximity to the beach, and the closeness to various shopping options. You don't necessarily need the car for that! The amenities leave little to be desired, everything is very clean and intact. Completely sufficient for two people.

The apartment has a good layout and is very nicely furnished. The decor makes it feel very cozy. In the kitchen, there are all the utensils you can think of. We felt very comfortable during our vacation week there. The apartment has two balconies where you can relax. It's only a few meters to the beach, and a large number of good restaurants are within walking distance. When renting this apartment, one must note that it is not barrier-free, as there is no elevator available. To reach the entrance of the building, one must climb several steps, and there are more steps to reach the apartment on the second floor. However, the location of the apartment is mentioned in the description.

A beautiful apartment. You can tell that it was furnished with love. Unfortunately, the mattresses are very soft, making it largely impossible for me to sleep. I think this can be resolved very quickly. (I had to experience such a soft mattress the last time at the Three Peaks Hut in the Dolomites!!!)

The apartment is centrally located between East and West, very close to the beach. Everything is easily reachable on foot, whether shopping options or restaurants. However, events in the spa park, both East and West, are always recommended. This is our fourth time in this great apartment, and it won't be the last.

The location is unique - quick to the beach - quick, if necessary, to the vacation apartment - very central - bath express station at the door - dining options very close - bakery for breakfast rolls at the door = perfect. Mega terrace, especially when the sun is shining in the morning - a bit too hot on the terrace, also in the living area = getting up early is worth it, then very relaxing in the evening, unless you are disturbed by the noise from the Italian restaurant (they close at 10 PM).

The beach is across the street, everything is within walking distance, and the promenade is simply great. We would love to come back.

This was definitely one of the most beautiful vacation apartments we have had so far. Super well laid out (always well represented with a floor plan at meerfun), very well and tastefully equipped, with 2 balconies, the right orientation for breakfast and afternoon sun, central location; meaning short distances to Kübo East or Kübo West. Also short distances to nice dining or shopping. Yes - everything is great, if it weren't for one thing: 3rd floor!! For our age group, carrying luggage up or back down at the end; without an elevator, it's simply too cumbersome. Nevertheless, we would choose this apartment again. And definitely recommend it.

The holiday resort is located close to the beach. It is not situated in the midst of tourist hustle and bustle, which contributes to a high relaxation effect. The rooms are tastefully furnished. Parking and a bike storage room are available. The way to the shopping arcades in Kühlungsborn East is not far, as well as in the direction of West. Gastronomic facilities are sufficiently available nearby.
