The holiday apartment is very beautiful and wonderfully located. Fresh rolls are available right next door at the bakery, and if it has to be Italian in the evening, you can go in the other direction, also right next door. Ostsee-Bike a few meters away has great bikes for rent, and just a few steps further is Carsten's Segway station, which is definitely a must in Kühlungsborn. The Baltic Sea right across the street also invites you for a stroll in the evening. Even Lidl is not far, so you can actually leave the car in the parking space, as everything is wonderfully accessible on foot. The villa itself is also an eye-catcher, and despite all the apartments being booked, it was wonderfully quiet and no neighbors could be heard. We were very satisfied and would gladly come back.

The apartment was large and modernly furnished. The location right by the beach was great. From the balcony, you could even see the sea.

The location of the apartment, we prefer upper floors, is absolutely fine for us. The building has no elevator and the stairwell is a bit narrow when carrying luggage up/down. The apartment offers a very nice view, in winter also of the nearby Baltic Sea. The distance to shopping facilities is easily reachable on foot. The apartment consists in the lower area of a room that is the hallway, living area, and kitchen. A staircase leads to the sleeping area and bathroom. The equipment is very good and sufficient for two people; it could get tight with three.

The apartment is very tastefully furnished. From the small terrace, you can even see the sea. We have often vacationed in Kühlungsborn, but this apartment is by far the most beautiful, simply perfect all around. We will definitely come back.

We had a super nice vacation in this holiday apartment. It has a great location and a lot of value was placed on modern coziness and quality in the furnishings. The only downside is that you have to make the beds yourself.

The apartment is very nice and spacious for 2 people; for 3-4 people, I find it unsuitable, as the bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom on the upper floor. The furnishings are very nice and appealing. However, it should be noted that the toilet brush needs to be replaced regularly. We would rent the apartment again. I would like to add regarding the stairwell that it is often very stuffy there, as the windows cannot be opened because the handles are locked. In addition, the windows in the stairwell are very dirty; there should be more frequent cleaning done.

Since 2005, we have been in a vacation apartment of Villa "La Mer" 16 times, of which we have stayed in apartment No. 11, 13 times. We have always enjoyed this apartment and feel very comfortable there. We have already booked 8 days for mid-November again. We can only recommend this apartment further. Since we were only briefly in Kühlungsborn in the summer, we decided to go there again for a week. We chose the apartment via the internet. We liked it very much and lacked nothing. The location of the house is really great, and you can take nice long walks. We enjoyed it very much and would gladly come back.

The apartment has something special because of the tower room. What stood out: - the heating only got lukewarm - there was a bad smell in the dressing room, we did not use the room - we had to make the beds ourselves and strip them. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and enjoyed the vacation.

A very nice apartment with a rooftop terrace and a large beautifully furnished bedroom with a comfortable bed, as well as a bathroom and dressing room, accessible via a staircase within the apartment. One should consider, especially if one is older, that some stairs need to be managed with luggage. The location could not be better. The beach is just across the street, and dining options as well as a bakery are in the immediate vicinity. I would book the apartment again.

Apartment No. 11 is at the very top, and the bedroom is one flight of stairs higher in the apartment. You should be in good shape.

We have always been extremely pleased with this apartment and feel very comfortable there. We have already booked another 8 days for mid-November. We can only recommend this apartment further. Beautiful apartment in a good location. Those who want everything on one level are not suited for this apartment. The stairs to the attic are relatively narrow. However, the sleeping area with a bathroom and dressing room makes up for it. We would book the apartment again.

Only minimal deductions in detail. The table on the rooftop terrace was very rusty, as the plastic coating had chipped off. The kitchen appliances were also a bit aged. It stands out because they are white. But this is nitpicking... Very cozy and highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was very clean and tidy, which made it very cozy. One should be fit to walk to get up there, but we knew that. The only drawback we found was the bicycle storage. It wasn't easy to place the heavy electric bikes upright in the wall device. Otherwise, everything was good.
