The apartment is very nice. The terrace facing south offers enough space to play board games in the evenings. The service was great. Any issues were addressed immediately. The location of the property is ideal for a beach holiday. The associated beach chair completes great beach days. It was a very nice and relaxing family time. Absolutely recommendable. We would love to come back.

A beautiful vacation in a beautiful apartment. Unfortunately, I have problems with my car in the underground garage every time. The parking space is just very tight.

The apartment Sea View No. 15 was very much to our liking. We particularly enjoyed the south terrace, as you have beautiful sunshine from morning to evening. What I didn't like so much was parking space No. 15, which I found very tight. What I also found commendable was the beach chair. It just needs to be marked differently on the key to avoid any confusion.

The apartment is quite good overall. I particularly liked that there was a lot of cutlery and dishes available, so you didn't have to start the dishwasher every evening. There was also a good operating manual for the stove. Disadvantage: The apartment is not suitable for people coming with an electric wheelchair. My husband only needs a wheelchair for outside. It can only be brought into the apartment with a lot of effort because the door threshold has a high U-profile. My husband had to get out, I lifted the rear wheels over the threshold and then pushed the whole wheelchair from behind. Not manageable for an elderly person.

Very good location, close to the beach, functional, charming furnishings, only downside: the bedroom window faces the corridor of the complex, so at night, when the light comes on, it unfortunately becomes bright in the room despite blackout curtains, and fresh air is also lacking. However, this cannot be changed due to the building structure. Easy rental process with very friendly staff. The parking space is only suitable for smaller cars. It's also nice that a beach chair at the beach belongs to the property.

The holiday apartment is located in a very appealing house with ideal proximity to the beach and an excellent bakery right in the building. Even when the weather was bad, we did not see it as a problem, as the apartment has a certain feel-good character, so you can enjoy staying in it for longer. The terrace is quiet, and it's just a stone's throw to LIDL. It's so nice there that we have already booked again for next year. This is what makes a vacation enjoyable!

It is a very nice, ideally located apartment, just a stone's throw from the beautiful beach. We were often able to use the beach chair thanks to the good weather. The apartment is functionally furnished; you find everything in it that one needs. There was a window in the bedroom, but it only opened to the hallway, so one had to forgo real fresh air; that was the only drawback.

The location of the apartment is, of course, a dream - you can't get closer to the sea! And I especially liked the beach chair, which is included in the rental price. The furnishings were very nice, especially the terrace furniture was great. Since you have a beach chair, it doesn't matter at all if the terrace faces the back and you can't see the sea. Thanks to the good greenery, you are still well shielded from the use of the public path. Passersby are no longer a disturbance. It was an all-around good week in the apartment, and I can only recommend it! The deductions are partly due to the parking space, which I unfortunately couldn't use because my car was simply too wide. And because the apartment got quite warm at times, as it was difficult to ventilate properly.
