The apartment is functional and attractively furnished. No unnecessary "decor stuff," and if so, within reason. It would be nice if there were a few simple small knives for cutting vegetables or fruit in the kitchen, but that's more of a minor detail. Otherwise, the equipment was fine. Attention for people who are sensitive to light: Directly in front of the bedroom window is a streetlight that goes on and off at regular intervals all night long. The curtain does not block the light. A retreat to the living room couch does not help, as the same problem occurs there. Our tip: We had booked number 15 at the same time. For the same price, a quieter apartment without "light issues," with significantly higher quality fittings in the kitchen area and a nice small terrace.

We were very satisfied, except for the underground garage, as our car is taller than 1.50m. This cost us an additional €94.00. One note would be, since the road is in good condition, people are speeding here!! Perhaps a speed limit of 30 km/h could be requested.

The apartment is in very good condition and the location is really good. You can reach the pier or the harbor in just a few minutes. Recently, there is a cafe directly across from the apartment where you can have an excellent breakfast (the rolls are sensational). The apartment offers enough space for 2 people with its two rooms, but it gets a bit cramped with four. The associated underground garage is also a highlight, although it is only suitable for smaller to medium-sized cars.

A great accommodation in an excellent location. Just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Strolling promenades on both sides. Edeka, Rossmann all nearby. There was always something going on at the pier in the evening. And to the left of the pier, there was the border tower, where a playground awaits for the kids. Including a fitness area for teens and adults. Further along, there was also a giant wheel, which is lit up in the evening. Overall, a successful getaway. We would gladly come back.

It's very important to always read the details about the apartment, such as (W-Lan) only available in the entrance area, which is very unfortunate, and also regarding the parking space for the car. Unfortunately, we read this too late, and the car did not fit in the underground garage; max. height 1.50m, so we had to park in the parking garage for 1 week, which naturally incurs additional costs. I was with my two children in the apartment, which worked out well. The apartment is quiet, you hardly notice the other guests. The curtains in the bedroom could be darker; in the evening it was fine, but in the morning the children woke up at 5 o'clock because it got bright in the room. With older children or just adults, the location is completely fine, but with smaller children, you definitely need a wagon or stroller, as the path is a bit long. Otherwise, the apartment is located exactly on the street that leads to the beach, and you pass by many bakeries, shops, and cafés/restaurants. The underground garage is quite narrow; it worked out with our Toyota Auris, but it is also a bit adventurous...

The apartment is very nicely furnished and we felt comfortable in the flat. However, one should know that Beach Street is also a heavily trafficked road at night. Those seeking absolute peace should look for something else. The parking garage with the retractable platforms is only suitable for small cars and requires certain driving skills (the vehicle is not only lowered but also tilted).
