We were in apartment 303 for the third time and felt comfortable. Of course, a few small things could be improved. For example, a new can opener wouldn't be bad, and one of the comforters is very heavy. However, this is complaining at a high level, and we would gladly choose this apartment again.

We are regular guests at Haus Meeresblick and will likely remain so. It is wonderful in Kühlungsborn and the apartment 303 is completely sufficient for our needs.

The apartment is very cozy and personally furnished. We liked that a lot. The only downside is the dining area. The apartment is offered for 3 people. For that, the apartment is too small. Especially since there are only two chairs. A big plus point is for the bicycles in the basement????

The apartment is simply ideal for 2 people. Clean, well-furnished, and above all, nothing is missing in the kitchen. (Sufficient pots, pans, dishes, cutlery) The side sea view turned out to be positive. One saw, heard, felt, and tasted the sea, but from a wind-protected position. Good shopping options and, in contrast to Kühlungsborn East, no road traffic.

We spent beautiful days in Kühlungsborn, and the vacation apartment contributed to that. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped, even though a dishwasher is missing. However, for us, that is not a drawback.

The apartment is located on the east side of the property with a beautiful side view of the Baltic Sea and the promenade. The apartment is sufficient for two people, as only a relatively small table for dining is available and there are only two corresponding chairs. The couch with an armchair and the recliner provide coziness. For a longer vacation, it is a pity that all the bedrooms are located towards the hallway, which prevents the windows from allowing fresh air from outside. Otherwise, a cozy little holiday apartment that offers everything in terms of amenities.

Small holiday apartment, just enough for 2 people. The sink faucet should be replaced with a mixer tap. We had great difficulty turning on the taps. Unfortunately, there is also a lack of a small dishwasher, which is standard in most holiday apartments. The television could also be a bit larger. The balcony is very nice. We also found the folding table very practical. Beautiful view towards the Baltic Sea. For the size and furnishings, the price-performance ratio is not quite right.

The apartment is completely sufficient for a pleasant vacation in the fall. The sofa bed, however, is more suitable for a smaller person. The miserable Wi-Fi is a drawback; that could be improved. Otherwise, I can recommend the apartment. The direct location by the sea is unbeatable, and the bakery Junge "around the corner" is great.

The apartment, located on the east side of the house, with a view of the park and a partial view of the sea, conveys a pleasant atmosphere and tranquility, despite the visible children's playground. This apartment in the Meeresblick house is also fully equipped and offers all the conditions for beautiful days at the Baltic Sea. A small drawback: We would book Christmas again, but the price/performance ratio does not seem justified to me, especially since we had experienced it differently in other years.
