Great location! However, the mattress is very soft, and unfortunately, the bedroom window faces the hallway. So we ventilated at night with the bedroom door open and the living room balcony door open.

With my wife, I was at the House Meeresblick for the fifth time, and for the third time, we booked apartment 213. Apartment 213 has a large balcony, south side, and in good weather, sun from morning to evening - however, no sea view, which we do not miss since we spend as much time as possible at the sea during the day. THE APARTMENT IS TOP!!! The House Meeresblick is located directly on the 4 km long beach promenade, Kühlungsborn WEST. The building has two elevators, underground garage (double garage/lift/Pkw height 165!). The apartment is furnished as described, nothing is missing! - see also pictures! The building is very quiet, absolutely quiet! We have repeatedly stayed there for three weeks, there was never (!) a reason to complain about noise, even though the bedrooms are facing the atrium (courtyard) and near the elevator. The apartment is indicated for up to four people. . . ? ? ? Perhaps two small children, but four adults for longer, we consider very daring - but if you like it tight! ? Bicycle cellar and the possibility to wash laundry is available in the underground garage. More is available online, pictures, films, etc.

We were there in May 22, the apartment is big enough for 2 people, it would be too small for more. Everything is available in terms of amenities, although a stool could be added in the bathroom and a shelf in the shower. The bedroom could be optimized, the pine furniture is not really pretty, and a luggage rack was missing. The facility itself, with its direct location by the sea, is hard to beat. Pay attention to the height of the car in the garage, as there is no leeway. Everything is very clean and well-maintained. We will come back.
