Cosy finca with pool on Mallorca in rural surroundings for rent, far away from mass tourism.

Welcome to the heart of the island.

This beautiful stone finca is located only 4 kilometres from the Majorcan village of Ariany and is in a very quiet location.

Here you are far away from mass tourism and especially to find peace and relaxation, because here "chilling" is an absolute must!!!

The country house has 230 sqm of living space with 3 lovingly furnished bedrooms. One is furnished with two single beds and two others with a double bed each. There is a bathroom with shower and another with bathtub. The open kitchen is equipped with all comforts and the cosy living/dining room invites you to linger. You even don't have to miss satellite/cable TV and internet/WLan during your well-deserved holiday. There is a fireplace for the cold winter days (wood not included) and air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The house is powered by solar panels.

The perfectly maintained outdoor area is simply fantastic. The lovingly furnished seating and sunbathing areas offer unforgettable views and moments during your well-deserved holidays. A large outdoor barbecue is available and there is plenty of space for barbecue evenings together.

A climbing frame with slide and swing is also available for the little guests.

Comfortable sun loungers are provided at the 8x4 metre pool and for sporting activities there are 4 bicycles on site.
