Description
The apartment is located on the ground floor of our large Villa.
The entrance of the apartment is in front of the swimming pool, this makes it totally independent and for exclusive use, exclusively for guests there is also the swimming pool, garden and parking.
The swimming pool has a beautiful panoramic view towards the center of Montegranaro and as already written the swimming pool is exclusive only for the guests of the apartment !!
The apartment has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is for up to 10/11 people.
We have a large kitchen complete with all appliances, in the living room of the house there is a large table to eat together and a large sofa area available for our guests.

The apartment is located in the city of Montegranaro, and is only 10 minutes by car from the sea.
The town center is only 4 km away. In the center you can find all the services, such as supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bakeries, butchers, bars, and much more ..
The closest beach is in the City of Civitanova Marche, where you can find the beach with sand and shallow water which is perfect for families with children.
You can also move to the nearby beaches such as Porto San Giorgio, Pedaso, Grottammare, San Benedetto Del Tronto (all beaches that are southbound, but also go to the equally beautiful beaches of Porto Recanati, Numana, Sirolo, Portonovo and MONTE Conero.

Beautiful location and extremely friendly host/hostess.
We have greatly enjoyed with our family in and around this accommodation.
Plenty of space for six people and there can easily be a few more.
The swimming pool with a beautiful view was fantastic and provided ample entertainment for a relaxing holiday. Therefore, we didn't search for many activities in the area, although Rio Maggio Vini is also highly recommended.
The host and hostess were also extremely friendly, helpful, and even spoiled us with local delicacies.
Absolutely recommended for individuals/families who want to enjoy in a peaceful environment.
