The location was perfect. The beach almost in sight. Only separated by a small forest. Unfortunately, the apartment had no drying rack. The elevator was missing.

The apartment is located on the upper floor, not suitable for vacationers with physical limitations. Parking is directly in front of the door.

Great accommodation that is much larger or seems so than the pictures suggest. The apartment is completely and modernly equipped; nothing was missing. Parking right in front of the door, balcony facing the city forest with sun from early to late. The location overall is fantastic, just a few steps to the beach, restaurants, and a bakery. Towards KüBo Ost, it’s a few more meters, but still manageable for probably everyone. The apartment... The stairwell has no elevator; this should be taken into consideration if necessary.

modern and fully furnished vacation apartment with a separate room for a child . . . by 3. OG not suitable for persons with (walking) disabilities (narrow stairs), balcony (facing the back) is sufficiently large for occasional use (removed in October), very nicely located directly on the beach promenade with distance to the west (1/3) and east with the pier (2/3) and various restaurants (reservation is always recommended) in immediate vicinity, dishwasher unfortunately has to be used daily (too little crockery for a family of 3-4), mattresses very hard and unsuitable for a relaxing vacation, better to bring your own bedding (no fitted sheets available with booking), caution: (shower) bathtub very slippery (no non-slip mat available).
