We visit Kühlungsborn on average every 2 years, staying in different accommodations. The accommodation shows signs of wear, which could be quickly remedied (calcified pots, an armchair in the living room that shows many stains and dirt marks could be fixed with a cover). Otherwise, a lovingly and cleanly furnished apartment with a large balcony. Good connection to a bakery (5 min.) and a supermarket.

The apartment was very nicely located and also well equipped. Unfortunately, the armchair was already very worn and a bit dirty, but it was still cozy and nice. The only downside was showering in the bathtub, very dangerous, as it was slippery. But we would still return to Villa Seepferdchen. The team from Meer Fun deserves another five stars, as everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Thank you again for that.

Very cozy and spacious apartment in the top floor. Unfortunately, there is no elevator. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is sufficiently large with a shower/tub. Bedroom with double bed and closet with enough storage space. Laminate flooring in the living/sleeping area. Large balcony facing the sea. Best location directly on the Baltic Sea Avenue.

Great apartment. We were very excited and will definitely come back. New kitchen, equipped with everything you need. Super location. Right on the promenade with a playground around the corner. Kühlungsborn is definitely worth a trip! For self-caterers - Lidl is 10 minutes away, two Edekas in the west and east, each 20-25 minutes on foot. The price-performance ratio is definitely right here.

Everything clean and tidy. The location is fantastic (you can see and hear the sea from the balcony and bed). Pots, dishes, and cutlery could use a little more stock.

We felt very comfortable. Great location, thanks to the wonderful weather we could often use the balcony! The house is overall nice and quiet, and there is a nice café downstairs. For the climb to the 3rd floor (which we knew, of course), you are rewarded with a very beautiful apartment :) We will gladly come back!!!!

The apartment has a top location for a family with small children. It is very close to a playground, and the three others are easily accessible. Regarding the amenities: completely new kitchen, large new TV. The double bed has comfortable, rather firm mattresses. There is a travel crib with an Alvi mattress in the apartment, as well as a high chair. The apartment is very bright, and we also found the furniture nice. We missed a butter dish and a garlic press in the kitchen. The kitchen equipment could be improved a bit. For us, there was not enough cutlery and dishes, so we often had to run the dishwasher to have things for dinner. We also would have wished for some cleaning supplies for occasional use. The apartment does have a vacuum cleaner and a drying rack. The bedroom does not have blackout blinds, only sheer pleated shades covering half the area. Overall, a good and bright apartment in a top location.

The apartment is very cozy and the location is unbeatable. It's known that it's on the 3rd floor and you have to haul your stuff up, which is clear when booking. However, the following hints/information would be nice: There is a continuous mattress in the bedroom, so do not bring single sheets. There is really nothing in the bathroom (no bath mat/shower mat), so bring that or sacrifice a towel. Since there were only 3 water glasses, you also couldn't sacrifice one as a toothbrush glass.

A very nice apartment for two to three guests (more suitable for two people). We felt very comfortable. Everything needed for everyday life is available. Quality is taken into account, which is also evident in the good bedding.

Very nice small apartment, well equipped, especially the kitchen. For people who are not afraid to walk up to the 3rd floor. Adequate balcony on the lake side (north facing) with less sun but with the sound of the sea. Limited view of the beach; trees grow over the years.

Modern and clean apartment in a great location. New furniture in the living room and kitchen. A bit inconvenient for 4 people, as there are only 3 chairs in the living area (it also states this in the description) and there is only space for 2 on the balcony. However, for two people, it is the perfect apartment that I would rent again at any time.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was very clean. Cozy sofa with blankets, tasteful coffee table and dining table, large TV, radio. We slept well in the beds. Only in the morning, with the window open, it was a bit loud from the cars outside. We had ordered bed linen/towels for an extra charge and received nice white towels like in a hotel. However, we missed a lid for the frying pan and a potato peeler. A great service from the rental agency is that you receive a small package with cleaning supplies for the kitchen (cloth, sponge, brush, dishwasher tabs, dish soap). Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi. This would be recommended, as the mobile network is poor.

We enjoyed our vacation in late summer. At night, you could hear the sea rustling. Despite the location on Ostseeallee and the nearby promenade, it was quite quiet. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need. The stairs to the 2nd floor were easy to climb.
